A foggy and humid Saturday afternoon after a good lunch, a walk with a classical sort of british look...black coat, checked scarf and a brand new pair of shoes. Under the coat there's a fun dress that looks like a modern painting...a bit 60s style. It wasn't too cold but I prefer wearing it with opaque and heavy tights...don't you just think they look better with anything ?.
Later I found out something that annoyed me a bit...the leather on one handle of my beloved Miu Miu bag is a bit ruined and it's a bit torn...gotta take it to a shop to get repaired. I treat my bags like babies, I never put them on the floor and I have good care of them, so how could this happen ?.
Un pomeriggio umido e nebbioso dopo un bel pranzetto, una passeggiata in collina con un outfit che dall'esterno sembrerebbe molto classico e british...cappotto nero, sciarpa a quadri e un nuovo paio di scarpe. Sotto il cappotto invece c'è un abitino dallo stile un po' anni 60 e dalla fantasia che richiama i quadri astratti. Non faceva molto freddo ma ho comunque preferito indossarlo con calze pesanti e opache...non credete anche voi che rendano migliore ogni outfit ?.
Più tardi ho scoperto una cosa che mi ha abbastanza infastidita...un manico della mia adorata borsa di Miu Miu ha la pelle un po' rovinata e in un punto ho notato uno strappetto...la porterò in un negozio dove cercheranno di ripararla. Tratto le mie borse come mie bambine, non le metto mai per terra e ne ho grande cura...come è potuto succedere ?.

I am so in love with my new shoes, they're also incredibly comfy and also for a stiletto lover like me it's easier to walk on ancient floor cause when you have stiletto heels they end up sticking between the cubic stones on the floor all the time, lol !
Adoro le mie nuove scarpe, sono anche incredibilmente comode e per un'amante dei tacchi a spillo come me è più facile camminare sui sampietrini in quanto non si infilano nelle fughe ogni secondo, lol !

I wish you all a Happy Halloween ! I have to say in the past few years this is getting more and more important in my country - Italy...when I was a kid we didn't celebrate Halloween nor we went trick or treating...but as a great fan of all american and british movies and series I've always liked this special moment of the year. Besides, I love Jack o Lanterns ! I decorated my flat with a few pumpkin candles ;-)

Devo dire che questa festa sta diventando sempre più importante anche nel mio paese - l'Italia...quando ero bambina non si celebrava Halloween e non si andava certo in giro a fare dolcetto o scherzetto...sebbene quale grande fan di film e serie tv americane e inglesi ho sempre apprezzato questo momento dell'anno. Oltretutto, adoro le zucche intagliate come lanterne ! Ho decorato il mio appartamento con qualche candela a forma di zucca ;-)
I got my GlossyBox in the mail ! :-)
As many other fashion and make up bloggers, I've had the chance to try the famous GlossyBox for its first month in Italy ! I am not going to list all the content here cause I've already seen it on many blogs, I wanna thank GlossyBox.it for their kindness...let's just say the packaging is very cute and accurate and the content is various and interesting...the things I have liked the most in it are the mascara, the Nuxe oil and I am going to try the products for hair. I think it's a very cute idea even tho I am such a big buyer at local Sephora and Limoni shops that I end up receiving many samples, I have a few boxes full with samples to try at home and both my mother and my friends ask me to use my stocks ;-). I noticed that when I went to Sephora in New York I didn't get any sample in spite of many purchases I made...how come ? I think their prices are lower anyway so I'd renounce to having so many samples to have a more reasonable price for my make up goods...what do you think about this ?.
If you wanna be updated on make up/care products, you should try the GlossyBox service. Also cause it's cool to receive a sort of surprise package once a month !. I would like to receive all goods that are hard to find here in Italy, such as Laura Mercier, Nars...and other special products. Since from glossy box they asked for suggestions cause they wanna give an awesome service to their customers, my suggestion is not to include goods like the cream from I coloniali that I can find at local supermarket, give me something completely special and unexpected.
I suggest you, to get more information, to visit your local GlossyBox website !.
Come altre bloggers di moda o che si occupano di make up, ho avuto la possibilità di provare la famosa GlossyBox per il suo primo mese in Italia ! Non starò ad elencare il contenuto quì in quanto ho visto molti posti di altri blogger e non vorrei ripetermi, vorrei innanzitutto ringraziare GlossyBox.it per la loro gentilezza...il packaging e la presentazione della GlossyBox è davvero molto bello e accurato, il contenuto è vario e di certo interessante. Gli articoli da me più graditi sono il mascara e l'olio Nuxe, inoltre non vedo l'ora di provare i prodotti per capelli. Penso sia una idea molto carina sebbene io sia una grande compratrice di prodotti di make up, sia da Sephora che da Limoni e quindi riesca ad ottenere una grande quantità di campioncini, ho scatole piene di campioni ancora da provare a casa e spesso sia mia madre che le mie amiche attingono alle mie riserve ;-). Ho notato che da Sephora a New York, a fronte di diversi acquisti importanti, non ho ricevuto alcun campione...mi chiedo se è la loro politica all'estero...comunque, devo dire che ho notato su alcuni brand prezzi molto più vantaggiosi e ammetto che preferirei avere meno campioni omaggio e pagare prezzi più ragionevoli per i miei acquisti di make up...voi che ne pensate ?.
Comunque, se volete essere aggiornati su prodotti di trucco e cura personale, la GlossyBox può fare al caso vostro, anche solo in quanto è carino ricevere un pacco sorpresa per una volta al mese !. A me piacerebbe riceverla se potesse contenere tutti articoli difficili da trovare in Italia, come prodotti di Laura Mercier, Nars...e altri di questo genere. Siccome da Glossy Box hanno chiesto un'opinione e anche suggerimenti al fine di rendere il loro servizio il più efficiente possibile per le clienti, il mio suggerimento è di non includere prodotti che si possano trovare con facilità anche al supermercato, come la crema de I Coloniali, dovrebbero fornire solo prodotti un po' speciali e totalmente inaspettati.
