Cowgirl chic style: modern cowgirls don't ride horses, they ride...Chanel bags !

Cowgirl chic style is something I have always wanted to give a try, even long before being a fashion blogger and since it's a hot trend for Spring/Summer 2015, I wore this urban cowgirl outfit featuring Calvin Klein boyfriend jeans, Le Silla golden texan ankle boots, mexican style blanket poncho from Oasap, inspired by the famous Burberry blanket cape, and a fringed sweatshirt with mexican print from Zara. Modern cowgirls don't ride horses, they ride Chanel bags and wear red lipstick...so here I am, with my beloved Chanel 2.55 bag that is truly a passepartout with all styles, both casual and elegant !.

Lo stile cowgirl chic è qualcosa che ho sempre voluto sperimentare, fino da prima di essere una fashion blogger, ed approfittando anche del fatto che sarà tra i trend più caldi anche per la Primavera/Estate 2015, ho composto questo look con jeans boyfriend Calvin Klein, stivaletti texani dorati Le Silla, un poncho in stile coperta di Oasap, ispirato alla famosa cappa coperta Burberry, ed una felpa con frange e fantasia messicana Zara. Le cowgirl moderne non cavalcano cavalli, cavalcano borse Chanel e portano il rossetto rosso...ed eccomi, con la mia adorata borsa Chanel 2.55 che è un vero passepartout per tutti gli stili, sia casual che eleganti !.

Maxi tee or mini dress ?

I think most of you have been doubtful, at least once in your life, whether an item of clothing in your closet would be considered as a maxi tee or mini dress !? Yes, I am talking about that precise item of clothing that you can wear and style in both ways 'cause it's long enough to be a dress and short enough to be a t-shirt !.
I like such kind of clothes cause they have "a double life", I can change look by simply wearing them with leggings or skinny jeans underneath or by wearing them with bare legs and heels. Do you own something like this and what do you prefer ?.

Credo che la maggior parte di voi, almeno una volta nella vita, si sia trovata di fronte a questo importante dubbio: si tratta di una maxi t-shirt o di un mini vestito ? Sì, sto parlando di un preciso capo di abbigliamento che si può indossare in entrambi i modi, in quanto lungo abbastanza da essere un abito, corto abbastanza da poter ancora essere una maglia !.
Personalmente amo questo tipo di indumenti perché hanno una doppia vita, posso cambiarli semplicemente indossandoli con leggings o skinny pants oppure con le gambe nude e tacchi alti. Avete anche voi qualcosa del genere e come preferite indossarlo ?.

This time I have decided to consider this lovely striped dress from Oasap as a maxi t-shirt, wearing it with black skinny pants from Tally Weijl.
The dress is a One Size, quite large for me so I put my waistline in evidence by using a sash belt, I often do this with large dresses/maxi t-shirts.
My Jeffrey Campbell Darian wedges (bought in New York and always great) and Balenciaga Work completed the look, together with a studded necklace from Pull and Bear.

Questa volta ho deciso di considerare questo delizioso abito a righe di Oasap come una maxi maglia, indossandolo insieme a pantaloni skinny neri di Tally Weijl.
L'abito a righe è una taglia unica, abbastanza larga per me, per cui ho evidenziato il punto vita con una fusciacca in pelle, lo faccio spesso con abiti larghi o maxi tees.
Le mie zeppe di Jeffrey Campbell modello Darian (prese a New York e sempre attuali) e la Balenciaga Work hanno completato il look, insieme ad una collana con borchie di Pull and Bear.

Here's my set for this outfit ;)

I was lucky enough to have a tank top the same green color in my closet - thank you Zara !. I have a special thing with open shoulder t-shirts, love them...and I will love them more once I will finally be a bit tanned ! I am dreaming about holidays but I have to wait for them, still !.

Sono stata così fortunata dal trovare una canotta dello stesso verde della maglia nel mio armadio - grazie Zara !. Ho un'attrazione particolare per le maglie asimmetriche o dalle spalle scoperte, le amo...e mi piaceranno anche di più con un po' di abbronzatura ! Sto sognando le vacanze ma per quelle c'è ancora tempo !.

Oasap sweater, Gucci bag

I am so tired ! This week seemed to be neverending, with so many things to do at work and no time to relax or have fun...I couldn't wait for Friday and here we are, I am finally ready for a quick walk with a friend, just seeing each other became a big event ;-).
This weekend will be dedicated to something I always dread so much but it's a necessary thing to do...the infamous seasonal change of clothes in my closets !. I must have already told you I hate doing it, it's so time consuming and it's the only time I regret being a shopaholic and I admit I have too many clothes !.
And you ? Have you already proceeded with the seasonal change or not ?.

Sono stanca ! Questa settimana sembrava non finire mai, con tante cose da fare al lavoro e poco tempo a disposizione per rilassarsi o divertirsi...non vedevo l'ora fosse venerdì ed eccoci, sono finalmente pronta per una veloce passeggiata con un'amica, vedersi sembra ormai un lusso ;-).
Questo fine settimana sarà dedicato a qualcosa che temo ogni anno ma che è sempre necessario fare...ovvero, l'ignobile cambio di stagione nei miei armadi !. Credo di avervelo già detto, odio farlo, occupa troppo tempo ed è l'unico momento in cui mi pento di essere una shopaholic ed ammetto di avere troppi abiti !.
E voi ? Avete già proceduto con il cambio di stagione o no ?.

It's time to put all the winter jackets away and welcome back my leather jackets and trench coats !. Also, it's time to wear new items, just like this contrasto color sweater from Oasap, very comfy !. I have built the outfit on it, its emerald and coffee combo reminded me of my beloved "vintage web" Gucci bag and matching silk carré scarf. The whole outfit was completed with a cherry red leather jacket.

E' tempo di riporre tutti i cappotti invernali e ridare il benvenuto a giacche di pelle e trench ! Inoltre, è tempo di indossare nuovi capi, come questa maglia a colori contrastanti ricevuta da Oasap, veramente comoda. Ho costruito l'outfit proprio intorno alla maglia, la combinazione dei colori smeraldo/caffé mi ha ricordato subito i colori della mia adorata borsa Gucci "vintage web" e foulard in seta carré abbinato. Ho completato l'insieme con un giubbotto in pelle color rosso ciliegia.

I used revers on those Zara skinny jeans, I think they make the Cesare Paciotti shoes pop out more. After all, they can still be worn cause it's not as warm yet to wear sandals, at least not for me ! A good excuse to procrastinate the seasonal change at least in my shoe closet ;-).

Ho usato il risvolto su questi jeans skinny di Zara, credo facciano risaltare di più le scarpe di Cesare Paciotti. Dopotutto, posso ancora usarle, dato che non è ancora tanto caldo da usare i sandali, almeno non per me ! Una buona scusa per procrastinare il cambio di stagione almeno nella mia immensa scarpiera ;-).
