Suede fringe jacket and Western shirt

A suede fringe jacket and a western shirt in my last outfit before the Coronavirus lockdown. These pics are from the beginning of March, so about a week before lockdown. It feels like ages ago. I have been struggling to adapt to a new daytime routine, and especially in the first week I was so anxious and nervous that it was hard for me to keep posting or even doing the usual stuff. Now it's getting better even tho Italy is really under major alarm and the number of sick people and dead people keeps growing. I am really scared and deeply sad.

Una giacca in camoscio con frange e una camicia western per il mio ultimo outfit prima del lockdown per prevenzione Coronavirus. Queste foto sono dell'inizio del mese di marzo, quindi circa una settimana prima della chiusura. Sembrano trascorsi anni. Ho fatto fatica ad adattarmi a questa nuova routine e specialmente nella prima settimana mi sentivo molto in ansia e nervosa quindi mi riusciva difficile postare o anche fare qualcosa di semplice. Ora sto meglio anche se l'Italia è davvero in un momento difficile e il numero dei contagiati e delle persone decedute continua a crescere. Mi sento molto spaventata e profondamente triste.

I named this post Fashion Blogger Off-Duty because there are days when I just don't feel like taking pics or posting Instagram stories or whatever, but it's ok since being a blogger is not my job, it's just another side of my life. There are also days when I regret not taking pics because I am in love with my outfit and I am sure it would look great, and other days when I go out in the simplest way possible, with a sweatshirt and jeans, for a walk and a stop to the movies. This is one of those days, with a navy inspired sweatshirt and my polka dot adidas Gazelle sneakers, a collaboration with The Farm brand. I know for many people the term Fashion Blogger is outdated: Influencers are all the way, but I have been blogging for 8 years of my life and I have a precise idea of what I like to be, and to me sharing my personal style has little to do with advertising and it's more like a diary of (some of) my days.

Ho chiamato questo post Fashion Blogger Fuori Servizio perché ci sono dei giorni in cui non mi va di scattare foto o postare Stories su Instagram o altro, ma va bene così perché fare la blogger non è il mio lavoro, è solo un altro aspetto della mia vita. Ci sono giorni in cui invece mi pento di non aver scattato foto perché mi piace tanto il mio outfit e sono certa potrebbe piacere, e altri in cui esco vestita in modo semplice, con felpa e jeans, per una passeggiata e un film al cinema. Questo era uno di quei giorni, con una felpa di ispirazione marinara e le mie sneakers Adidas Gazelle a pois, frutto di una collaborazione col brand The Farm. So che per molti il termine Fashion Blogger può risultare datato: ora ci sono gli Influencer, ma io ho il blog da 8 anni e ho una idea precisa di ciò che mi piace essere, e per me condividere il mio stile personale ha poco a che fare con la pubblicità ed è molto più un diario di (alcune) delle mie giornate.

Blame it on Fendi runaway, anyway also low cost brands jumped on the faux fur cuff wagon, and this is how I got myself a super cool Prince of Wales jacket with blue faux fur cuffs. I wore it for a casual outfit on my vintage pair of Levi's 501 denim pants, a colorful sweatshirt and my brand new pair of fur loafers from Giovanni Fabiani. A trendy, cozy and comfortable street style look!.

Le giacche con i polsini in pelliccia sono uno dei trend più caldi dell'inverno. Colpa della passerella Fendi, ma i brand di moda low cost si sono attrezzati per venire incontro a questa moda dei polsini in pellicciotto, ed ecco come mi sono procurata questa fighissima giacca Principe di Galles dai polsini in ecopelliccia blu. L'ho indossata per un outfit casual su un paio di jeans vintage Levi's 501, con una felpa coloratissima e i miei nuovi mocassini con pelliccia di Giovanni Fabiani. Un look street style trendy, comodo e caldo!
