My Fashion Blogger Off-Duty outfit with navy sweatshirt and polka dot Adidas Gazelle sneakers

I named this post Fashion Blogger Off-Duty because there are days when I just don't feel like taking pics or posting Instagram stories or whatever, but it's ok since being a blogger is not my job, it's just another side of my life. There are also days when I regret not taking pics because I am in love with my outfit and I am sure it would look great, and other days when I go out in the simplest way possible, with a sweatshirt and jeans, for a walk and a stop to the movies. This is one of those days, with a navy inspired sweatshirt and my polka dot adidas Gazelle sneakers, a collaboration with The Farm brand. I know for many people the term Fashion Blogger is outdated: Influencers are all the way, but I have been blogging for 8 years of my life and I have a precise idea of what I like to be, and to me sharing my personal style has little to do with advertising and it's more like a diary of (some of) my days.

Ho chiamato questo post Fashion Blogger Fuori Servizio perché ci sono dei giorni in cui non mi va di scattare foto o postare Stories su Instagram o altro, ma va bene così perché fare la blogger non è il mio lavoro, è solo un altro aspetto della mia vita. Ci sono giorni in cui invece mi pento di non aver scattato foto perché mi piace tanto il mio outfit e sono certa potrebbe piacere, e altri in cui esco vestita in modo semplice, con felpa e jeans, per una passeggiata e un film al cinema. Questo era uno di quei giorni, con una felpa di ispirazione marinara e le mie sneakers Adidas Gazelle a pois, frutto di una collaborazione col brand The Farm. So che per molti il termine Fashion Blogger può risultare datato: ora ci sono gli Influencer, ma io ho il blog da 8 anni e ho una idea precisa di ciò che mi piace essere, e per me condividere il mio stile personale ha poco a che fare con la pubblicità ed è molto più un diario di (alcune) delle mie giornate.

I have found these beautiful trousers with a straight silouhette, split front and buttons, on Metisu, and felt I had to have them because they were so different from all the trousers I had in my closet. I was very happy with my choice, they have a wonderful cut and I really love to wear them. I chose a simple blush pink lace top and my Mary Jane heels in a metallic fuchsia fabric from Le Silla, one of my favorite italian brands.

Sono stata felicissima della mia scelta, hanno un taglio fantastico e adoro indossarli. Ho scelto un semplice top in pizzo rosa cipria e scarpe Mary Jane in tessuto metallizzato fucsia di Le Silla, uno dei miei brand italiani preferiti.

Hippie chic style. A 70s folk inspiration for my latest outfit, with Paramita Enamorats dress worn with my brown suede cuissardes from Le Silla. A tiny floral print with a peacock color background and slightly flared sleeves for my mini dress with a hippy mood. I kept my tights colored using the same peacock color, also for my nails. Colored tights are a favorite of mine, as readers of this fashion blog surely know.

Hey everyone, how are you doing ? I have been spending less time online lately, I am still on holiday mode and I thought it would be my last chance to show you one of my beach attires. How to dress for the beach ? I love short, colorful dresses, especially off the shoulder ones, possibly matching my bikini. A panama hat and a pair of sandals (rubber flip-flops or crossed slippers are a big yes if on the beach, but a no in other environments), big sunglasses and I am ready, I don't need much ! Summer means freedom, hence my only makeup is a touch of hydrating color on the lips, and nothing more. A bunch of magazines in my bag (I have my iPad with me but honestly, under the sun it's not the best option), sunscreen protection and the best company I could have ever wanted: my hubby !

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Sto trascorrendo davvero molto meno tempo online ultimamente, sono ancora in modalità vacanze e ho pensato questa fosse una delle ultime chance per mostrarvi uno dei miei look da spiaggia. Come vestirsi in spiaggia ? Io amo gli abiti corti e colorati, specialmente off the shoulder e possibilmente abbinati al bikini. Un cappello panama e un paio di sandali (infradito di gomma o ciabatte incrociate sono ok per la spiaggia, non in altri ambienti), occhialoni da sole e sono pronta, non ho bisogno di molto ! Estate significa libertà, per cui il solo makeup è dato da un tocco di colore idratante sulle labbra, e niente altro. Un mucchio di giornali nella borsa (ho sempre l'iPad ma onestamente sotto il sole non è l'opzione migliore), protezione solare e la migliore compagnia che potessi mai desiderare: mio marito !

I love these tops that leave the shoulders naked, also called Bardot, because they turn even a simple outfit into a summer chic one, they have a holiday mood you can sport even in the city. I wore this striped off the shoulder top with a lace trim on a pair of linen pants, what can be more summery than this ? No doubt, my brand new Robertina XL bag from Roberta Pieri, a made in Italy roomy tote bag in canvas and leather, with exquisite details. This is not my first Robertina tote, I love these lightweight practical bags that are perfect in the city and on the beach and this one, with a geometrical print with touches of blue, brings a bit of sun and sky in my days. A beige panama hat and caged sandals from Le Silla completed my summer chic outfit.

A preppy look with a good girl cardigan and matching color for Le Silla shoes and clutch, this time in a matching color, in one of the colors that I find more relaxing. As you can see, denim, one of the fabric more used in casual attires, doesn't prevent this outfit from having a bon ton allure.

I confess I have decided to bring my large Marc Jacobs tote with me because I had all the things I needed for a day at the beach inside of it...;-)...the bag added even more color to the whole outfit but I enjoyed it because after all it was for daytime and precisely for eating on a restaurant on the beach.

Confesso di aver portato questa grande borsa di Marc Jacobs con me principalmente perché può contenere tutte le cose di cui necessito per una giornata in spiaggia ;-)...la borsa ha aggiunto ulteriore colore all'outfit ma non l'ho trovato eccessivo in quanto si trattava del giorno e, più precisamente, di un pranzo informale sulla spiaggia.

I love fashion but I also love good food and trying new restaurants is something I enjoy very much !. My love and went to lovely "Lo Scoglio", a restaurant on the sea and I had the most amazing spaghetti with courgettes ever tried in my life. I had to take a picture, also because in that place my beloved Instagram was not working properly !.
Eating well is, just like shopping, one of the best pleasures in life, don't you agree ? ;-).

Amo la moda ma amo anche il buon cibo e provare nuovi ristoranti mi appassiona molto !. Con il mio amore siamo stati a "Lo scoglio", un ristorante delizioso sul mare e io ho mangiato il migliore piatto di spaghetti alle zucchine mai provato in vita mia. Ho dovuto fare una foto, anche perché in quei luoghi il mio adorato Instagram non funzionava !.
Mangiare bene è, insieme allo shopping, uno dei migliori piaceri della vita, siete d'accordo ? ;-).

Like a lemon

I am so happy to have a few days off from work ! I was really needing it ! I am in the mood for relaxing and enjoying myself, and it's also a perfect timing for a colorful and casual outfit that reminds me of a lemon !. I mixed yellow and green, indeed. Also, it shows that I can't wait to spend a few days on the Amalfi coast, reign of lemon trees, sun and sea !. The only nightmare for me is packing...I would just bring my closet with me and picking up clothes, bags and shoes is always something I don't look forward to !.

Sono così contenta di avere qualche giorno di ferie ! Ne avevo proprio bisogno ! Sono dell'umore giusto per rilassarmi e divertirmi ed è anche il momento perfetto per un outfit molto colorato e casual che mi ricorda i colori del limone ! Infatti, ho mixato giallo e verde, segno anche di quanto io sia impaziente di trascorrere qualche giorno sulla costiera amalfitana, regno degli alberi di limone, del sole e del mare !. L'unico incubo per me è preparare la valigia...mi porterei dietro tutto e dover scegliere abiti, scarpe e borse è sempre qualcosa che cerco di rimandare il più possibile !.

I was wearing a floral Balenciaga T's t-shirt and paired it with green pants from Stradivarius. Shoes were very comfy, yellow sneakers from Ash, similar to leather ones I have in black.
I matched everything with Marc Jacobs "Love Bird" leather tote, that surely doesn't go unnoticed !. I can fit anything in this bag and I love the padlock and mini studs details on the handles and sides - when I am gonna get tired of it I know I will use it as a travel bag and will do an excellent job !.

Ho indossato una t-shirt a stampa floreale di Balenciaga T's, abbinata a pantaloni verdi presi da Stradivarius. Le scarpe sono molto comode, sneakers gialle di Ash, simili a quelle che ho in pelle nera.
Ho scelto di indossare una tote molto spaziosa e colorata, la "Love Bird" in pelle di Marc Jacobs che sicuramente non passa inosservata !. In questa borsa entra veramente di tutto e mi piacciono i dettagli del lucchetto e le mini borchie sui manici e sui lati - quando me ne sarò stancata la riciclerò come borsa da viaggio e so che farà un ottimo lavoro !.

Neon yellow and neutrals

The neon trend strikes again on Fashion and Cookies ! I have been showing you an outfit made with black and pink neon in a previous post. Now it's the turn of neon yellow coloring my pumps and leather Birkin inspired bag.
This time I have decided to wear neon yellow accessories with neutral colored clothing items, like this new caramel leather jacket from Prada, worn with light blue jeans, LV belt and a simple white lace shirt from Zara.

Il trend neon colpisce ancora su Fashion and Cookies ! Vi avevo già mostrato un outfit dominato dal colore rosa fluorescente, indossato con il nero, in uno dei miei post precedenti. Ora è il turno del giallo fluo che va a colorare le decolletées e la borsa in pelle ispirata alla Birkin.
Questa volta ho deciso di abbinare accessori fluo ad abiti dai colori neutri, come questa giacca in pelle di Prada color caramello, indossata con jeans chiari, cintura LV e una semplice camicia in pizzo dal colletto tondo, di Zara.

Meet my new sunglasses ! They're Marc by Marc Jacobs and I have fallen in love with them as soon as I tried them on. You see me wearing sunglasses in most of my pics, I really can't stand the sunlight without them...moreover, this is a good excuse to buy new pair of fashionable glasses, one of the items that make a look complete ;-).
I also included my new sunglasses in the set you see below, it's an example of an outfit built with neon yellow and neutral colors, just like this one !.

Vi presento i miei nuovi occhiali da sole ! Sono Marc by Marc Jacobs e me ne sono innamorata non appena li ho visti. Mi vedete spesso con gli occhiali da sole nelle foto, non riesco veramente a sopportare la luce solare senza indossarli ...ovviamente, questa è un'ottima scusa per comprare un altro paio di occhiali, accessorio che secondo me completa veramente il look ;-).
Ho incluso i nuovi occhiali anche nel set che potete vedere sotto, un esempio di outfit costruito intorno al giallo fluo e ai colori neutri, proprio come questo !.

I had bought that neon yellow necklace during my long quest for a neon yellow H&M necklace that sadly I didn't end up finding. The one I am wearing actually has a big heart as a pendent but I thought it was too much so I took it off to make it more simple. I have that leather bracelet with skulls both in neon yellow and in neon pink.
The nail polish is from China Glaze, I am getting more and more in love with this nail polish brand !.

Avevo comprato quella collana gialla fluo nel corso delle mia disperata ricerca di una collana fluo da H&M che non sono però, tristemente, riuscita a comprare, è stato impossibile trovarla. La mia ha anche un grande cuore come pendente ma mi sembrava eccessivo così l'ho tolto e l'ho resa più semplice. Ho il braccialetto in pelle con i teschi in pelle sia in giallo che in rosa fluo.
Lo smalto fluo è di China Glaze, un brand di smalti del quale mi sto innamorando sempre più !.

Dress like a lady: Balenciaga dress

After two outfits with pants, I felt like dressing "like a lady" wearing this black and white Balenciaga dress and, finally, since Spring seems to be here finally, I took tights off !.
My bare legs are so pale, I gotta get used to that ! Otherwise I should follow Kate Middleton's trend, she put nude pantyhoses back into the spotlight ;).
The past weekend has been filled with so much shopping for me, including shopping for bikinis. I am lucky enough to live by the seaside but of course I work during the week so my chances to go to the beach are left to weekends !. Not that I care about getting a tan that much, since I use a lot of sunscreen protection and I end up having just a bit of tan at the end of summer. What about you ?.

Dopo un paio di outfits con i pantaloni, mi è venuta voglia di vestirmi "da signora" e ne ho approfittato per indossare questo abito di Balenciaga bianco e nero, finalmente senza le calze, visto che la Primavera sembra ufficialmente arrivata !.
Le mie gambe nude sono molto pallide, mi ci devo riabituare, a meno che non voglia seguire Kate Middleton che ha rimesso in gioco le calze color carne ;).
Il weekend appena trascorso è stato ricco di shopping per me, ho comprato anche un paio di bikini per il mare. Ho la fortuna di vivere sul mare ma, ovviamente, lavorando durante la settimana mi resta il weekend per andare in spiaggia !. Non che io sia ossessionata dall'abbronzatura, uso sempre molta protezione e non divento arrivo mai alla fine dell'estate troppo abbronzata. Che mi dite di voi ?.

The dress is quite "serious" and I have spiced it up with my new pumps from Loriblu, love the neon pink details and heels, and with my beloved Marc Jacobs bag you had seen other times before, also with totally pink shoes.
I was sporting a green nail polish from China Glaze, the name is "Four leaf clover", I like thir shiny green shade ! You can see the details below.

Essendo l'abito abbastanza "serioso", l'ho sdrammatizzato con le mie nuove scarpe di Loriblu, mi piace il dettaglio neon sulla punta e nel tacco, e la mia adorata borsa di Marc Jacobs che avete già visto altre volte, anche abbinata a scarpe tutte rosa.
Portavo uno smalto verde di China Glaze, il nome è "Four leaf clover", mi piace questo tono di verde brillante ! Potete vedere i dettagli nella foto successiva.
