Pinstripe and Squirrel

When I think about pinstripe pants, often I end up thinking about office suits, to formal, somehow boring trousers. Well, in this outfit I want to show you another use for grey pinstripe pants...I paired them to a holiday sweater with a squirrel on the front and to a statement bag and coatigan, in an eclectic ensemble that won't surely make you think about an office meeting but is kinda festive. After all, Christmas is almost here...and I wish you from now to spend it in peace and harmony, surrounded by your loved ones !.

Quando penso al pantalone gessato, spesso mi ritrovo a immaginare completi adatti prettamente all'ufficio, a pantaloni formali e, in un certo modo, anonimi. Con questo outfit voglio mostrarvi un modo alternativo di indossare pants gessati...li ho abbinati ad un maglione perfetto per le feste natalizie, con uno scoiattolo sul davanti, e ad una borsa e un coatigan molto particolari, un insieme eclettico che non vi farà di certo pensare ad un incontro di lavoro, ma è abbastanza festivo. Dopotutto, Natale è sempre più vicino...e vi auguro fin ad ora di trascorrerlo in serenità e armonia, insieme ai vostri cari !.

Bad hair day beanie

Can you just imagine one of those days when you feel too lazy to dress up, and moreover you're having a bad hair day ? It's the kind of day when, if you go out, you'll surely bump into an old enemy of yours, or an exm, or someone you want to impress. 

Well, in days like these you'll better have your best friend with you - aka, one of your most treasured bags, the one you dreamt of for a long time - and a "who cares" attitude. A day like that will even turn into a good one if you'll be wearing at least one out of two must haves of this season: the "bad hair day" beanie and...a coatigan !.

Potete immaginare una di quelle giornate in cui vi siete svegliati senza voglia di vestirvi per bene, ed inoltre i vostri capelli non ne vogliono sapere di sistemarsi, ovvero state avendo un caso di "bad hair day" da manuale ? E' il genere di giornata in cui, se uscirete, finirete per incontrare una vostra nemica di lunga data, o l'ex che vi ha spezzato il cuore anni addietro o, peggio, qualcuno su cui volevate fare colpo.

Beh, in giornate come questa, farete meglio ad uscire accompagnate dalla vostra migliore amica - ovvero, una delle vostre borse preferite, quella sognata e finalmente vostra - ed un atteggiamento da "chissenefrega". Una giornata simile potrebbe persino rivelarsi divertente, indossando almeno uno dei due must have di questa stagione: il cappellino "bad hair day" e...un coatigan !.
