It's Christmas Eve, and just like many of you, I am going to spend it with my loved ones, gathered around a table, eating too much and enjoying quality family time. I just wanted to express my best Christmas wishes to all of you, readers of this fashion blog, and also to other fellow fashion bloggers - many of them are now true friends - and just blogger collegues. Thank you for everytime you have been reading my posts, for every minute you spent on this blog and for everything you taught me, about the world surrounding me and most of all, about myself. I wish you a very Merry Christmas, filled with joy and laughters and with the best presents we can ever ask for: health and peace !.

E' la Vigilia di Natale, e come molti di voi, la trascorrerò con le persone che amo, la mia famiglia, riuniti intorno ad un tavolo, mangiando troppo e godendomi un po' di relax con i miei cari. Volevo esprimere i miei migliori Auguri di Buon Natale a tutti voi che leggete questo fashion blog, alle mie colleghe fashion blogger, tra le quali ho trovato delle vere amiche, ed a coloro che non si occupano di moda ma sono blogger ugualmente. Grazie per ogni volta in cui avete letto i miei post, per ogni minuto trascorso su questo blog e per tutto ciò che mi avete insegnato, sul mondo che mi circonda e, soprattutto, su me stessa. Auguro a tutti un felicissimo Natale, pieno di gioia e di risate e dei migliori regali che potremmo mai desiderare: la salute e la pace !.

Letter to Santa: my short Christmas wishlist

Why a short Christmas wishlist ?

This is my perfect time to write a letter to Santa Claus. I know that I have been a good girl, and 2014 wasn't the happiest year of my life, so I feel I deserve something special, LOL. This Christmas wishlist isn't as long as my wishlists from the past years, in spite of me being a fashionista and also, too often, a fashion victim. I am surely not a saver, and I like to have my money where I can see it - in my closet; I am also an impulsive buyer, I don't think twice before getting something I like, especially if it's from low cost stores. That is also why sometimes I think I could have bought less items and chosen in a wiser way, items that are classic and timeless pieces, like the one that I am going to show you now.

Questo è il momento perfetto per scrivere una letterina a Babbo Natale. So di essere stata una brava ragazza, ed il 2014 è stato anche un anno abbastanza difficile per me sotto diversi aspetti, così mi sento di meritare qualcosa di speciale, LOL. La mia wishlist natalizia non è tanto lunga, come le wish list natalizie degli anni passati, nonostante io sia una fashionista e, troppo spesso, anche una fashion victim. Non sono di certo una persona che risparmia, mi piace avere i miei soldi dove li possa vedere, ovvero nell'armadio, e compro per impulso, spesso senza pensarci troppo, soprattutto se si tratta di articoli low cost. Proprio per questo, a volte penso che avrei potuto fare scelte diverse, più sagge, investendo in pezzi classici e senza tempo, come quello che sto per mostrarvi.

Merry Christmas to all of you, my lovely readers ! I wish you all the best, a Christmas of joy and love. As most of you, I will be spending this day with my family, eating a lot, relaxing, playing and watching Christmas movies.

My look for the day is easy, a themed sweatshirt, jeans and a bling bling statement necklace.

Also, as you can see below, since I am a huge sunglasses lover, I found out a special pair to wear on Christmas, LOL !. I had to reassure my husband that I wouldn't be wearing them outside of home ;)

Buon Natale a tutti voi, adorabili lettori di questo blog ! Vi auguro ogni bene, un Natale di gioia e amore. Come la maggior parte di voi, trascorrerò questa giornata in famiglia, mangiando più di quanto dovrei, giocando e guardando film natalizi.

Il mio look del giorno è comodo, una felpa a tema natalizio, un jeans ed una collana vistosa e luccicosa.

Inoltre, come potete vedere nella foto sotto, dato che sono una grande appassionata di occhiali da sole, ne ho trovato un paio adatto al Natale, LOL !. Ho dovuto rassicurare mio marito sul fatto che non li avrei indossati fuori casa ;)

Christmas wishes and deer sweater !

Dear readers and followers of this blog, first of all let me wish you all a very Merry Christmas ! I wish I could message each and one of you to wish you all the best, so I am taking advantage of a blog post to do it. I wish you a Christmas of happiness, joy and hope !.
Today has been a pretty sunny day here and in the early afternoon I went out to complete some last minute shopping wearing this warm and cozy outfit. I was wearing a deer print sweater I got from Sheinside, it's the classical winter sweater with a modern twist that was so much fun to wear and put me in a Christmas mood !.

Cari lettori e follower di questo blog, vorrei innanzitutto augurarvi Buon Natale ! Vorrei poter inviare un messaggio ad ognuno di voi per farvi i miei auguri, così approfitto di un post per farlo. Vi auguro un Natale di felicità, gioia e speranza !.
Oggi è stata una giornata soleggiata e nel primo pomeriggio sono uscita a completare alcuni acquisti dell'ultimo minuto indossando questo outfit comodo e caldo. Ho sfoggiato il maglione con gli alci preso da Sheinside, il classico maglione invernale rivisitato in chiave più moderna, un capo molto simpatico che mi ha messa dell'umore giusto per Natale !.

I have decided to pair my oversize sweater with some skinny jeans from Cheap Monday and my latest boots purchase, a pair of suede Miu Miu boots ! They are so comfy and the burgundy color is beautiful. You can see the boots better in the pic below !.
I have to confess I bought them whilst looking for Christmas presents...in these past days everytime I went out for Christmas shopping I ended up coming back home also with purchases for myself, how bad am I ? :-).

Ho deciso di abbinare al mio maglione oversize dei jeans skinny di Cheap Monday e ho indossato il mio ultimo acquisto, un paio di stivali in suede di Miu Miu di un bel colore bordeaux, comodissimi. Potete guardarli meglio nella foto sottostante !.
Confesso di averli comprati mentre cercavo dei regali di Natale...in questi giorni ogni volta che sono uscita per gli acquisti di Natale sono tornata a casa anche con acquisti per me stessa, sono incorreggibile :-P.

A hat, a scarf and a pair of gloves are not just something I need when it's cold outside, but accessories I love to wear ! I decided to wear my Gucci grey maxi scarf and as a hat I went for a no brand black wool beret. I added some color with burgundy gloves and my beloved Prada tote. I think this outfit is perfect for Christmas Eve with family and friends, what do you think ?. I think with this outfit I would also make a good Santa helper, LOL !.

Un cappello, la sciarpa e un paio di guanti non sono solo necessari per il freddo, sono anche accessori che amo indossare ! Ho scelto di abbinare la maxi sciarpa grigia di Gucci e come cappello ho optato per un basco nero in lana, no brand. Ho aggiunto colore con i guanti in lana burgundy e la mia adorata borsa color ciliegia di Prada. Credo questo sia un outfit perfetto per una vigilia di Natale con amici e parenti, che ne pensate ?. Io credo anche che, vestita così, potrei essere una ottima aiutante per Babbo Natale !.

Of course, I was also wearing a jacket, you can see my Moncler duvet jacket above, even tho I have to confess I was warm enough even without it !. If you like my sweater my advice is to take a look at Sheinside because they have plenty of cozy sweaters and the shipment was really quick and safe.

My green Christmas wishlist

Meet my Christmas tree ! It has loads of things hanging, many of them have a history that I like to remember :). Well, I bet most of you are still busy trying to find Christmas gifts for family and friends ! I sure am !.
I always try the perfect gift for the others, and I can't decide myself...whereas I surely know what I'd like for myself ;-))...here's a small Christmas wishlist, all these things have one thing in common, the green color ! I have always liked this color, and since Pantone announced emerald green is gonna be very trendy in fashion for 2013, let's get ready !. What do you think about it, would you like anything ?.

Ecco a voi il mio albero di Natale ! Ha un sacco di oggetti appesi, molto di essi sono legati ad un ricordo speciale :). Scommetto che molti di voi sono ancora alla ricerca dei regali di Natale per familiari e amici, io lo sono di sicuro !.
