Hot trend: number print tee

Hello guys ! I am really pleased to let you know that beginning today, I'll be on vacation all next week ! Not much, but it's enough to try and recharge my own personal battieries. To start these days in a relaxed mood, we have a casual outfit post, featuring one of the hottest trends of the moment: the number print t-shirt, for a sporty chic look. The basic rules for these tees are: they have a printed number on the front, just like football or basketball players tees, they're larger than average (pick a larger size to make it look as if you stole it from your boyfriend's closet) and you are supposed to mix them up with something extremely feminine, just like high heels and a clutch, like I did.

Non tantissimo, ma abbastanza per tentare di ricaricare le mie personalissime batterie. Per iniziare queste giornate con un mood rilassato, ecco un outfit post casual, incentrato su uno dei trend del momento: la maglia con numero stampato, per un look sporty chic. Le regole di base per queste maglie sono: hanno un numero stampato sul davanti, proprio come le maglie dei giocatori di football o basket, sono più larghe del solito (sceglietene una di una taglia più grande per far sembrare come se l'aveste rubata dall'armadio del vostro ragazzo) e andrebbero indossate con qualcosa di estremamente femminile, come i tacchi alti ed una clutch, come nel mio caso.

I had already posted about my love for houndstooth (also called "pied de poule") print trend, and also showed you some pied de poule purchases. In the meantime, some more houndstooth items joined my collection, including these pants I got from Asos !.

I have decided to wear my printed pants with my studded biker boots, for a comfy urban look.
I added a studded necklace (from Zara) and my beloved cherry red Prada tote to add some color to this outfit !.

Ho deciso di indossare i miei pantaloni stampati con i bikers borchiati, per un urban look comodo.
Ho aggiunto una collana borchiata (di Zara) e la mia adorata tote in pelle rosso ciliegia di Prada, per dare un tocco di colore all'outfit !.

Sky was cloudy but the weather wasn't too chilly, perfect time to wear my nylon quilted jacket from Prada.
The turtleneck is from Rose D. and I bought it a long time ago. I love it cause of the sleeves and the leather inserts !. I have to say black is always a color I love to wear, even tho I admit I don't wear it as often as I used to do years ago. Now, I love to add some color, most of the times.

Il tempo era nuvoloso ma l'aria non era troppo fredda, perfetta per indossare la mia giacca trapuntata in nylon di Prada.
Il collo alto di Rose D. risale a parecchio tempo fa, lo adoro per via delle maniche e degli inserti in pelle !.
Devo dire che, sebbene ami ancora indossare capi neri, non lo faccia spesso come un tempo. Ora mi piace aggiungere tocchi di colore, il più delle volte.

I felt lucky with this online purchase because usually pants are the clothing item I have to try first, instead they fit perfectly. How would you style them ?. I think I will wear them pants with high heels, next time ;). Sure, my feet thanked me for an afternoon inside those comfy bikers !!!.

Mi sono sentita fortunata con questo acquisto perché solitamente i pantaloni sono il capo più difficile da comprare online, senza averli provati prima, invece la misura è perfetta !.
Voi come li abbinereste ? Io li proverò con i tacchi alti, la prossima volta ;). Di sicuro, i miei piedi ringraziano per il pomeriggio trascorso dentro a quei comodissimi bikers !.

Not too casual: green pants !

In these days I've been shopping like crazy and most of my purchases, both from online stores and from shops in my town, are short dresses or skirts, but weirdly I've been wearing pants more often than ever. In these pics I am experimenting with new pants I bought at H&M, they come from the "divided" line. I love the color and the shape because they are not exagerately low waisted. Green is definately one of my fave colors and this color matches my Sodini necklace I had already showed you !.

In questi giorni ho fatto parecchio shopping e la maggior parte dei miei acquisti, sia provenienti da shop online che da negozi della mia città, hanno riguardato abitini e gonne, invece stranamente mi sto ritrovando ad indossare pantaloni più spesso del solito. In queste foto sto provando i miei nuovi pantaloni presi da da H&M nella sezione "divided". Mi piacciono il colore e il modello, non troppo a vita bassa. Il verde è sicuramente uno dei miei colori preferiti e quello di questi pantaloni si abbina perfettamente al verde della collana Sodini che vi avevo già mostrato !.

This outfit is casual but not too much, thanks to my Celyn B black top, simple but elegant, and my beloved wedge pumps !. You had been warned that I would have used them in other outfits soon ! ;).

Celyn B leather jacket

I also had a jacket with me, a leather jacket from Celyn B. I love it and I would wear it all the time, with pants but also with long skirts !.
If I could choose, I'd want the weather to stay like this for several months...not too cold, not too hot...perfection ! This is what I call "leather jacket weather", it usually doesn't last for long...so I wanna enjoy it with more walks in open air !.
As the serial shopper I am, I have ended up buying these pants also in another color...guess it ! ;))

Avevo con me anche una giacca, un giubbino in pelle di Celyn B., un capo che adoro e che indosserei tutte le volte, con pantaloni ma anche con gonne lunghe !.
Se potessi scegliere, vorrei che il tempo restasse così per parecchi mesi...non troppo freddo, né troppo caldo...la perfezione ! Questo è proprio tempo da giacche in pelle, di solito non dura a lungo, per cui intendo godermelo facendo più passeggiate all'aria aperta !.
Da serial shopper quale sono, ho finito per comprare questi pantaloni anche in un altro colore...indovinatelo ! ;))

The highlights of my week so far have been:
1) going to the movies to see "The art of rap", a documentary film directed by Ice-T that takes us on a journey into the heart and soul of hip-hop with the legends of rap music. Maybe you didn't know I love hip-hop !. Has anyone else watched it ?
2) getting a cold...I've been sneezing and feeling a bit sick :(
3) sending out multiple orders on asos ! I seriously got addicted !
4) yelling at my Iphone because Instagram keeps making my phone crash...I can't wait to get myself an Iphone 5 ;)
5) being glad cause Gossip Girl is back and a bit sad because it's the last serie...ok, the plot is not the best one but it amuses me and keeps me entertained, sometimes it's enough !

I momenti clou della mia settimana fino ad oggi sono stati:
1) andare al cinema a vedere "The art of rap", un film documentario diretto da Ice-T che ci porta in un viaggio nel cuore e nell'anima dell'hip-hop con le leggende della musica rap. Forse non sapevate che amo l'hip-hop !. Voi lo avete visto ?
2) prendere il raffreddore...continuo a starnutire e mi sento abbastanza a pezzi :(
3) fare ordini multipli su asos ! Sono diventata dipendente !
4) insultare il mio Iphone perché Instagram lo fa andare in crash...non vedo l'ora di avere un Iphone 5 ;)
5) essere felice per il ritorno di Gossip Girl e anche un po' triste perché è l'ultima serie...ok, la scenneggiatura non è delle migliori ma mi diverte e mi intrattiene, a volte è abbastanza !

Army green and lace dress, wedge pumps

The military green trend goes girly !. Lace and army green is not an usual combination, and since I prefer unusual combos I couldn't help being attracted by this little Pinko dress !.
Balloon sleeves give the "serious" dress a romantic touch and make it perfect for daytime.

Il trend del verde militare in versione femminile !. Pizzo e verde militare non sono abbinamenti usuali e siccome preferisco questo tipo di abbinamenti non potevo fare a meno di sentirmi attratta da questo abitino di Pinko !. Le maniche a palloncino danno ad un tubino "serioso" una allure romantica rendendolo perfetto per il giorno.

...After getting myself wedge sneakers...Let me introduce you to my new wedge pumps ! I am madly in love with them because I like them and because they are incredibly comfortable, a rare thing in pumps shoes for me...and be sure you'll be seeing them in several outfits, with jeans, mini-skirts, long skirts and so on...I am cheating on my stilettos...and I like it !.
These wedges are the model "Sharon" from Guess by Marciano and I have to say I am not a fan of the Guess line, but I am digging the "by Marciano" one, especially when it comes to shoes !. More details in the pic below !.

...Dopo avervi mostrato le mie sneakers con zeppa, lasciate che vi presenti le mie nuove pumps con zeppa ! Ne sono follemente innamorata perché oltre a trovarle belle sono incredibilmente comode, un fatto raro con le decolletées per me...e siate certi che le vedrete spesso nei miei prossimi outfits, con jeans, minigonne, gonne lunghe ecc...sto tradendo i miei tacchi a spillo...e mi piace ! ;).
Questo modello di scarpe è "Sharon" di Guess by Marciano e devo dire che non sono una grande fan di Guess in generale ma la linea "By Marciano" è sicuramente da tenere d'occhio, specialmente per le scarpe !. Maggiori dettagli nella foto sotto.

As a bag, I was about to match my black Balenciaga but I thought it was too dull so I went for my Python printed Zara clutch, that it is large enough to bring a few things with me ;).

Come borsa, stavo per abbinare la mia Balenciaga nera ma mi è sembrata una scelta troppo anonima, così ho optato per la mia clutch morbida pitonata di Zara, grande abbastanza per contenere gran parte delle mie cose ;).

I am currently looking for an olive green bag, I think I might be ready for my first Rebecca Minkoff purchase !. The more I see her bags, the more I like them, don't you agree ?. Of course I have to pick the right website to order it because I get disappointed when I find out I bought something for a price that was way higher than the actual prize of an item.
Sadly, it often happens when I buy in shops in my town in Italy - I find out I could have paid much less for the same thing online, and a lot less if I ordered directly from USA ! After a few disappointments I learned to do an advanced research first...not the thing an impulsive shopaholic buyer like me would do, but it's necessary !. Do you also do it ?.

Al momento sono alla ricerca di una borsa color verde oliva, credo di essere pronta per il mio primo acquisto da Rebecca Minkoff !. Più vedo le sue borse, più mi piacciono, voi siete d'accordo con me ?. Ovviamente, devo scegliere il sito giusto per fare il mio acquisto perché resto molto delusa quando scopro di aver comprato qualcosa ad un prezzo notevolmente superiore a quello reale.
Purtroppo, mi capita spesso quando compro qualcosa in un negozio dalle mie parti, in Italia - scopro che avrei pagato molto meno ordinando online e anche molto meno se avessi potuto comprare direttamente dagli USA ! Dopo una serie di delusioni, ho imparato a fare un po' di ricerche avanzate prima...non la cosa che una shopaholic impulsiva come me farebbe, ma è necessario ! Lo fate anche voi ?.

Street style: french word top, Rochas shoes

This outfit is a bit different compared to my usual ones, because it's one of the few outfits with tied hair ! A messy bun, my new Rochas wedged lace-up shoes, Zara "Créance" t-shirt for a walk in beautiful Cortina, surrounded by beautiful mountains and...luxury shops :).

Questo outfit è un po' diverso dai miei soliti perché è uno dei pochi in cui ho i capelli legati ! Uno chignon spettinato, le mie nuove stringate col tacco di Rochas, la maglia "Créance" di Zara per una passeggiata in centro nella bellissima Cortina, circondata da bellissime montagne e...negozi di lusso :).

I don't know from where the trend of "tops with french words on" started but surely the "crème de la crème" post of Blair from "Atlantic-Pacific" blog helped to spread this trend, so when I saw this top with the french word "Crèance" at local Zara I decided to try it myself !. French language always sounds so elegant, don't you agree ?.

Non so bene chi abbia iniziato la moda delle "maglie con scritte in francese" ma, sicuramente, l'ormai celebre post "crème de la crème" di Blair del blog "Atlantic-Pacific" ha contribuito alla sua diffusione, così ho deciso di provare anche io quando ho visto questa maglia da Zara con la scritta in francese "Crèance" !. La lingua francese ha sempre un suono così elegante, non siete d'accordo con me ?.

Since the weather was already a bit chilly in Cortina I wore a burgundy lace blouse underneath the Zara t-shirt. I am a big fan of layered clothing !. I used a Zara sash belt that had been waiting to be worn for quite a few weeks and matched my Marc by Marc Jacobs "Too hot to handle" burgundy tote.
You can see details of Rochas wedged Oxfords in the image below - I love their color ! I have also made a little set inspired by this outfit.

Siccome il tempo era già fresco a Cortina ho indossato una maglia in pizzo color vinaccio sotto la t-shirt di Zara. Sono una grande fan dell'abbigliamento a strati !. Ho usato una cintura di Zara con ricami che attendeva di essere indossata per la prima volta ormai da settimane e ho abbinato la borsa bordeaux modello "Too hot to handle" di Marc by Marc Jacobs.
Potete vedere meglio le scarpe stringate di Rochas nell'immagine sottostante - adoro il loro colore ! Ho anche preparato un piccolo set ispirato da questo outfit.

Later during the day I added one layer to my outfit, wearing my Peuterey leather jacket. I love the time of the year when we can wear leather jackets and feel warm !. However, I plan to visit Cortina again, possibly when it will be snowy and colder ;).

Più tardi, nel corso della giornata, ho aggiunto un ulteriore strato al mio abbigliamento con il giubbino in pelle di Peuterey ! Adoro il periodo dell'anno in cui si può indossare la giacca in pelle e stare caldi. Comunque, credo proprio che tornerò presto a Cortina, quando ci saranno la neve e il freddo ;).
