Tie dye is a print with a hippie twist that comes directly from mid 60s and it comes back every year massively during the warm season. I personally love it, even tho in little details, I wouldn't dare an all over tie dye look - it would be too much - but I appreciate it on a t-shirt, just like this one from Femmeluxe Finery. Tie dye feels like summer, freedom, days spent on the beach.  Tie-dye is characterized by the use of bright, saturated primary colors and bold patterns, it was love at first sight with this sleeveless top with padded shoulders, with its vitaminic colors that are so "me". I styled it on denim shorts with graffitis and flip-flops, perfect for a day at the beach. On Femmeluxe I have found an amazing collection of t-shirts, both colorful and basic. Also, and this is uncommon, they have glamorous loungewear and joggers, I will soon show you something else.

La stampa tie dye, dal gusto un po' hippie, arriva direttamente dalla metà degli anni '60 e torna ogni anno prepotentemente per la bella stagione. Personalmente la amo, sebbene solo in piccole dosi, non oserei un look totalmente tie dye - sarebbe troppo - ma la apprezzo su una t-shirt, come questa che vedete di Femmeluxe Finery. Il tie dye mi fa pensare all'estate, alla libertà, a giorni trascorsi sulla spiaggia. E' caratterizzato dall'uso di colori brillanti e saturati e stampe vistose. E' stato amore a prima vista per questo top smanicato con spalline imbottite, dai colori vitaminici che sono molto "me". L'ho abbinata a shorts in denim con scritte e alle immancabili infradito, per una giornata al mare. Su Femmeluxe ho trovato una bella collezione di t-shirt, sia colorate che nei toni basic. Inoltre, e questo è meno comune, hanno dei capi loungewear e pantaloni jogger molto glam, presto vi mostrerò qualcosa di diverso.

After a long period of staying inside, I am back in the saddle and decided to go for a trip to one of my favorite places: the beach. I chose a very windy day, so we just went for a walk and enjoyed an almost empty place. I took my brand new beach towel with me, from australian brand Tesalate, in the print "Into the wild" that has an ethnic/western vibe, perfect for a country girl like me! The "Into the wild" beach towel in XL size matches my country-boho outfit quite well, don't you think? A maxi dress in paisley print, western belt and red cowgirl boots. 

Tesalate doesn't only offer a wide range of fantastic designs, their beach towels are really special, sand-free and loved by many, including fashionistas from all over the world! I was very excited to review it. I was immediately positively surprised with its softness and loved the double side, with my print of choice on one side and a black and white optical print on the other one.

Dopo un lungo periodo in cui sono uscita poco, sono tornata in sella e ho deciso di fare un giretto in uno dei miei posti preferiti: la spiaggia. Ho scelto una giornata molto ventosa, quindi abbiamo fatto una passeggiata e ci siamo goduti il luogo praticamente deserto. Ho portato con me il mio nuovo telo mare, del marchio austrialiano Tesalate, nella fantasia "Into the wild", nel formato XL, che ha una stampa etnica/western, perfetta per una country girl come me! La stampa "Into the wild" si abbina molto bene al mio outfit country-boho composto da maxi abito con fantasia paisley, cintura western e stivali rossi da cowgirl. 

Tesalate non offre solo un'ampia gamma di fantastici modelli, i teli mare di questo brand sono davvero particolari, a prova di sabbia e amati da molte persone, incluse le fashioniste di tutto il mondo, per cui ero molto curiosa e impaziente di poterlo testare. Sono stata subito positivamente impressionata dalla sua morbidezza e ho amato il doppio lato stampato, uno con la stampa da me scelta e l'altro con una fantasia optical in bianco e nero.

Shopping selection: Summer in the City

The countdown has started. For many of us, very soon it's gonna be holidays time. I confess this year I haven't planned any vacation yet, because of my job that requires a lot of attention at the moment, but I hope I can plan a few days trip somewhere nice soon. In the meantime, I've been thinking about a way to bring a bit of tropical atmospheare with me even in the office, without being too much or looking like an actor from Miami Vice, LOL.

It's been really warm here lately, and having some good shopping directly from home, with air conditioned on, is so appealing, therefore here there are a few suggestions taken from some of my favorite online webshops, without forgetting discounts and coupons ! Il conto alla rovescia è iniziato. Per molti di noi, presto sarà il momento di partire per le vacanze. Vi confesso che io non ho ancora pianificato le vacanze, perché al momento il mio lavoro richiede un'attenzione particolare, ma spero presto di riuscire a programmare qualcosa di carino. Green chevron dress

Here we are with another look from my holidays, with an outfit that could be worn also for a day of work, with the add of a short jacket and, of course, taking the hat and the mirror sunglasses off !. The main color of this daytime look is green, one of my favorite colors...green like the chevron print of my Darling Clothes dress, like my sandals and like other accessories. The only thing I do not have is a green thumb, the only plant I am good at taking care of is a plastic one, but this is another story !.

Eccoci con un altro dei miei look vacanzieri, con un insieme che potrebbe andare bene anche per un giorno di lavoro, con l'aggiunta di un giacchino e, ovviamente, senza il cappello e gli occhiali a specchio !. Il colore principale di questo look da giorno è il verde, uno dei miei colori preferiti...verde come le righe del mio abitino Darling Clothes, come i sandali e gli altri accessori. L'unica cosa che non è verde di sicuro è il mio pollice, l'unica pianta della quale riesca a prendermi cura è in plastica, ma questa è un'altra storia !.

August outfits recap

Hello everyone, and please...I don't want you to wake me up when September ends, I actually love this month ! It is also my birth month (did somebody say "presents" ? ;)), and a perfect time to start afresh and have many plans for the future !. Do you agree with me ?.

I love Summer and I am not totally ready to leave it behind, but at the same time I am looking forward to many things this Fall ! Before looking ahead, let's recap my outfits for the previous month ! In August had the chance to wear a few cute dresses, as well as a couple of more casual outfits. I am curious to know what is your favorite outfit, do not forget to let me know !. 

Ciao a tutti e per favore, non lasciatemi dormire fino a che Settembre sarà finito, io adoro questo mese ! E' anche il mio mese di nascita (qualcuno ha detto "regali" ? ;)) ed il periodo migliore per iniziare daccapo e fare tanti progetti per il futuro ! Siete d'accordo con me ?.

Amo l'Estate e non sono pronta a lasciarmela alle spalle, ma allo stesso tempo ci sono tante cose che aspetto con ansia per questo Autunno. Prima di guardare avanti, però, ecco il riepilogo dei miei outfit del mese precedente !. Ho avuto la possibilità di indossare diversi abiti carini in agosto, insieme a qualche outfit più casual. Sono curiosa di conoscere il vostro look preferito, non vi dimenticate di farmelo sapere !.

Nerd tee, lace shorts

There are times when dressing up in a tee and shorts, and going out with music in my ears is the best option of all, it means freedom from the stress and negative thoughts. This happens especially when I am on holidays, I love walking around with one of my mp3 players and headphones, knowing I have my favorite songs keeping me company. 

This outfit with a background soundtrack is another look I sported in Sorrento during my holidays, featuring my Stradivarius white lace shorts and a green "Nerd" print tee bought on Asos.

Ci sono giorni in cui vestirsi in shorts e maglietta, uscendo con la mia musica nelle orecchie rappresenta l'opzione migliore di tutte, significa sentirsi libera dallo stress e dai pensieri negativi. Ciò accade specialmente quando sono in vacanza, adoro andarmene in giro con uno dei miei lettori mp3 e la cuffia, sapendo che ci sono le mie canzoni preferite a tenermi compagnia.

Questo outfit con sottofondo musicale è stato proposto da me durante le mie vacanze a Sorrento, ed è incentrato sugli shorts in pizzo bianco Stradivarius e una t-shirt con la scritta "Nerd" comprata su Asos.

Graffiti dress

I have always been pretty fascinated by large graffiti walls and street art in general, so I couldn't help adding this midi bodycon dress featuring a graffiti print to my not really plain and boring closet. I love its vibrant colors and it puts me in a summer holiday mood straight away. I should be banned from Asos website, since everytime I browse it, I end up buying something, I buy so often that the courier and I became good friends, LOL !

Sono sempre stata molto affascinata dai muri pieni di graffiti e dall'arte di strada in generale, così non ho potuto fare a meno di accogliere questo abito aderente di media lunghezza con la stampa graffiti nel mio sicuramente non sobrio o noioso guardaroba. Mi piacciono i suoi colori vividi e mi fa entrare subito in modalità vacanze estive. Dovrei essere bannata da Asos, ogni volta che visito il sito finisco per comprare qualcosa e compro così spesso che ormai io e il corriere abbiamo fatto amicizia, LOL !.

Hot trend: number print tee

Hello guys ! I am really pleased to let you know that beginning today, I'll be on vacation all next week ! Not much, but it's enough to try and recharge my own personal battieries. To start these days in a relaxed mood, we have a casual outfit post, featuring one of the hottest trends of the moment: the number print t-shirt, for a sporty chic look. The basic rules for these tees are: they have a printed number on the front, just like football or basketball players tees, they're larger than average (pick a larger size to make it look as if you stole it from your boyfriend's closet) and you are supposed to mix them up with something extremely feminine, just like high heels and a clutch, like I did.

Ciao a tutti ! Sono lieta di informarvi che, a cominciare da oggi, sarò in ferie per tutta la prossima settimana ! Non tantissimo, ma abbastanza per tentare di ricaricare le mie personalissime batterie. Per iniziare queste giornate con un mood rilassato, ecco un outfit post casual, incentrato su uno dei trend del momento: la maglia con numero stampato, per un look sporty chic. Le regole di base per queste maglie sono: hanno un numero stampato sul davanti, proprio come le maglie dei giocatori di football o basket, sono più larghe del solito (sceglietene una di una taglia più grande per far sembrare come se l'aveste rubata dall'armadio del vostro ragazzo) e andrebbero indossate con qualcosa di estremamente femminile, come i tacchi alti ed una clutch, come nel mio caso.

Hello there, sweetie pies ! How is august treating you so far ? I can't believe this month is already here, time is running fast...and I can't wait to go on holidays ! Anyway, if I can't be totally free, yet...I can always dress as if I already am on holidays ! Today's outfit post is very summery, indeed...orange, green and yellow colors, a floral-tropical print for a comfy mini dress and a touch of white lace on the border and Sangallo lace on a cute little blazer. 

Ciao, dolcezze ! Come procede l'estate ad oggi ? Non riesco a crederci che siamo già arrivati ad agosto, il tempo vola e io non vedo l'ora di andare in vacanza ! Comunque, anche se non riesco ancora ad andare in vacanza...posso sempre vestirmi come se ci fossi già ! Il post outfit di oggi è molto estivo, infatti...arancio, verde e giallo, un mini abito a stampa floreale-tropicale, ed un tocco di pizzo bianco per il bordo e di pizzo Sangallo per un piccolo blazer. 

July outfits recap

Hey guys ! It's time to recap the outfits posted for this month...in July I had a variety of different looks...I've been feeling bon ton, rock, sexy, hippie, boho, trendy and inspired to play with colors and with different prints. The posted looks feature both pants, jeans, maxi skirts, mini and midi dresses. 

What is your favorite one ? I am curious to know !. If you ask me, the best outfits are the more unconventional ones, because I have more fun wearing them !. The only two rules I follow on this blog, when it comes to my outfits, are: 

1) Only post what you really wear to go out 

2) If you like something, go for it, don't be afraid to be yourself and have fun with fashion ! 

Ciao a tutti ! E' giunto il momento di riepilogare gli outfit postati in questo mese...a Luglio ho indossato look molto diversi tra loro...mi sono sentita bon ton, rock, sexy, hippie, boho, trendy ed ispirata a giocare con colori e stampe. Ho indossato sia pantaloni che jeans, maxi gonna, abiti mini e midi. 

Qual è il vostro look preferito ? Sono curiosa di saperlo !. Se lo chiedete a me, gli outfit che mi danno maggiore soddisfazione sono sempre quelli meno "convenzionali", perché mi diverto di più a portarli ;).

Le uniche regole che seguo sempre per gli outfit su questo blog sono due:

1) Posta solo ciò che indossi realmente per uscire

2) Se ti piace qualcosa, indossalo, senza paura di essere te stessa e divertirti con la moda !

Flamingos blouse, transparent bag

After sporting maxi skirts, bell bottoms, mini and midi dresses, let's go back to my beloved boyfriend jeans with this new outfit post. Casual doesn't mean shabby...The right accessories and a nice tee can turn a simple look into a special one, especially if they are as colorful as this Who's Who blouse, with a beautiful flamingos and flowers print. I added a pair of mirrored sunglasses and...welcome to Miami ! (...I wish !)

Dopo aver indossato maxi gonne, pantaloni a zampa, abiti corti e longuettes, torniamo ai miei adorati jeans boyfriend con questo post. Casual non vuol dire trasandato: i giusti accessori ed una tee particolare possono rendere speciale un look semplice come questo, specialmente se sono colorati come questa blusa di Who's Who, con una bella stampa di fenicotteri e fiori. Ho aggiunto un paio di occhiali a specchio e...benvenuti a Miami ! (...Magari !)

Floral bodycon dress and new yellow bag

How are you all ? I am having a hard time coping with the heat, and air conditioned helps but it makes me feel very tired...I wish I was free from work, but I have to resist until the half of next month to have some spare time !. I think back at my week of vacation earlier this month...it seems so far at the moment, yet it didn't happen much long ago !. I have kept a few snaps from that week to show you...including these ones, with a midi bodycon dress I bought from Asos and that I've been wearing in the office as well, adding a blazer !.

Come state ? Io sto avendo serie difficoltà a reggere il caldo, e l'aria condizionata aiuta ma mi rende molto stanca...vorrei essere in vacanza, ma devo ancora resistere fino a metà del prossimo mese per godermi un po' di tempo libero ! Ripenso alla mia settimana di vacanza già trascorsa all'inizio di questo mese...sembra ormai così lontana, sebbene non sia trascorso così tanto tempo !. Ho ancora alcune foto di quei giorni da mostrarvi...incluse queste, con un abito aderente e longuette preso da Asos e che ho qualche giorno fa indossato anche in ufficio, con l'aggiunta di un blazer !.

Shhh...I am almost afraid to say it loud, but it seems like summer is finally coming here ! It was sunny today, and even tho I was looking at it from my office window, I started dreaming about wearing comfy and fun, colorful clothes. Here's how this summer wishlist was born. I have selected a few items from Persunmall, what do you think ?. 

The first set is perfect for a walk on the beach. I like everything, especially that lovely color straw crossbody bag and those chiffon shorts !. And what about the red lips slippers, that striped tee and that lovely arrow bracelet ?.  

Shhh...ho quasi paura di dirlo ad alta voce, ma sembra che l'estate stia davvero arrivando ! Oggi c'è stato un bel sole e, sebbene lo guardassi dalla finestra del mio ufficio, ho iniziato a sognare di indossare abiti comodi, divertenti e colorati. Ecco come è nata questa wishlist. Il primo set è dedicato ad una passeggiata sulla spiaggia. Mi piace tutto, specialmente quella borsa con il profilo giallo e quegli shorts di chiffon !.
