It seems playsuit with trains are a trendy piece of clothing and this weird mixture of shorts and maxi skirt caught my attention, so here I am wearing my very first romper with train and loving it! Here's a colorful daytime outfit with another Teetopia t-shirt and pink furry slippers. As you know, I got really smitten with this italian brand and its limited edition tees, t-shirts with a personality and even an adoption certificate!. My pink tee has my personal quote "love yourself first" and my name in the inside and the quote "Silence is not empty, it's full of unsaid answers" on a yellow ribbon. I love it and in this fun look I wore it with floral ankle length pants and with my beautiful pink slippers from Loriblu.

La adoro e in questo look divertente l'ho abbinata a un paio di pantaloni floreali alla caviglia e alle mie bellissime pantofoline rosa di Loriblu.

A Metisu green floral midi pleated dress is the perfect Spring piece, suitable for a daytime look and also for a party. In a light chiffon fabric and tied to the front, I have fallen in love with its bold print, ruffled sleeves and small pleats. I wore it with brand new braided leather rose gold pumps from Giancarlo Paoli new Spring Summer 2017 collection. Watch out because braided leather is going to be one of the hottest shoes trends for Spring-Summer!. Of course, together with the pleats trend for dresses and skirts, and my Metisu dress met my expectations.

Today's outfit is featuring a long sleeved floral dress found on Asos and my brand new caged sandals from italian brand Lorenzo Mari. Metallic reflex accessories are very trendy this season and I happily gave up to this trend. These caged shoes in metallic silver leather have a golden heel...after all, why choosing between silver and gold when you can have both ? It's an elegant pair of high heeled sandals that I have been wearing easily with many different outfits. In this one daytime one, I added a jeans coat and a yellow crossbody bag.

Gli accessori dai riflessi metallici sono di gran moda questa stagione e io ho ceduto a questa moda con piacere. Questi stivaletti in pelle metallizzata argento hanno il tacco dorato...dopotutto, perché scegliere tra argento e oro se si possono avere entrambi ? Si tratta di un paio di sandali dal tacco alto eleganti che sto indossando facilmente con diversi tipi di look. In questo outfit da giorno ho aggiunto un cappottino in jeans e una tracolla gialla.

If you are a bit like me, a lover of jeans, especially the skinny ones, you will have worn them with heels many times. I love sneakers, but heels can't be beaten and are almost always a good idea. A pair of heels - like these orange fringed suede slingbacks from Marche region brand Vittorio Virgili - can be a nice add to a simple outfit made of jeans and a tee. My tropical print t-shirt from spanish brand Mismash is a perfect Summer piece - I am a lover of tropical prints, and this one also has a striped back. I added touches of green with my sunglasses and Rebecca Minkoff bag, and a short cardigan with flamingos just because...I have a flamingo obsession (and you know it !).

I thought it would be the perfect place to sport my chiffon maxi dress with a v neck, and I opted for a summer boho style with this slightly gipsy look, wearing rose espadrilles, the same color of my hat, and lots of jewelry.

I had fun matching this lovely Paramita Chibum dress with geometric print with my suede fringed vest. I had already introduced the ethnic and fun mood of this brand. Accessories always play an important role in my outfits, and I was wearing a gorgeous statement necklace from SimonaB Bijoux that, for colors of the stones and the shape, reminds me of a western style jewelry piece. An eye catching work of art, just like all the handmade necklaces from this italian brand I love so much !. Yellow caged sandals from Le Silla added a glamour and modern touch, together with my Rebecca Minkoff leopard mini MAC bag.

A mix of prints with a pop art inspired outfit to brighten my Monday ! Another week has just started and I want to face it with positivity and energy, so this mixture of print is perfect: I found out that mixing swan print with banana print is possible, and it even works !. The colors involved in this fashion blogger experiment are a few and well balanced as well: black, first of all, like my full circle skirt bought on Asos and my brogues and the background of the swan print trench coat from Molly Bracken. The top features a yellow banana print on a bright pink background. Another touch of yellow was given by my Rebecca Minkoff MAC clutch bag.

There are days when I especially enjoy a feminine, ladylike outfit, just like the one I am presenting you today on this fashion blog, the first one for February. This beautiful midi dress with a basque, in a wonderful shade of royal blue, is from the young, innovative brand Isabel Garcia, and it made me feel a bit like the main carachter in one of those old 40s movies, sexy, elegant and misterious. I have fallen in love with this brand and its elegant, modern, original clothes, that follow the principle "from catwalks to wardrobe". A dress like this one, with a timeless tailored silhouette and a perfect cut, is the perfect expression of what the Creative Director of the brand, Elliott James Frieze, wanted to achieve when he told about expressing the femininity in a grown-up, sophisticated way. I decided to wear this wonderful dress with a furry jacket in a darker shade of blue, stiletto pumps and my brand new Rebecca Minkoff mini MAC clutch in leopard print.

Ci sono giorni in cui tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno è un outfit femminile, ladylike, come quello che vi presento oggi, il primo look di Febbraio su questo fashion blog. Questo bellissimo abito midi con baschina, in una meravigliosa tonalità di blu elettrico, è del brand giovane ed innovativo Isabel Garcia, e mi ha fatta sentire un po' come la protagonista di un vecchio film anni '40, sexy, elegante e misteriosa. Mi sono innamorata subito di questo brand e dei suoi capi eleganti, moderni, originali, che seguono il principio "dalle passerelle al guardaroba". Un abito come questo, dalla silhouette senza tempo e dal taglio perfetto, è la diretta espressione di ciò che il Direttore Creativo del brand, Elliott James Frieze, voleva ottenere, ovvero l'emanazione della femminilità in un modo adulto e sofisticato. Ho deciso di abbinare questo abito fantastico ad un pellicciotto corto in una tonalità più scura di blu, pumps dal tacco a spillo e la mia nuova clutch mini MAC Rebecca Minkoff in pelle a stampa leopardata.

Chi Chi London Lucy dress

Hey guys, how are you ? I am feeling better after a few very sad and challenging days for my family and I, that made me understand all the more how it is important for us to live our life to the fullest, appreciating our loved ones.

Today I am pleased to introduce you Lucy. Lucy is the name of this cute chiffon skater dress, a new entry from Chi Chi London, a young fast fashion brand specialising in Cocktail, Prom and Evening dresses. This lovely lace panneled short dress with contrasting overlay on the upper part and on the sleeves is a perfect Party dress for every season, but it can be worn also for a simple walk...that's what I did, I love to dress up when I am going out with hubby, and he loved the dress, together with my new cut out pumps. I was sure he would like this outfit, because it's very feminine and quite simple, that is usually the best choice for a man. Well, thank you hubby for your approval...don't get too used to this, anyway, LOL !.

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Io sto meglio dopo alcuni giorni davvero tristi e difficili per me e la mia famiglia, che mi hanno fatto capire ancora di più quanto sia importante per ognuno vivere la propria vita appieno, apprezzando gli affetti veri.

Oggi ho il piacere di presentarvi Lucy, che è il nome di questo grazioso abitino in chiffon modello "skater", una new entry da Chi Chi London, un brand giovane di moda pronta specializzato in abiti da cocktail, feste e da sera. Questo adorabile abitino con pannello lavorato sul busto e con maniche a contrasto è sicuramente un abito perfetto per ogni genere di festa e per tutte le stagioni, ma può essere indossato con successo anche per una semplice passeggiata, ed è ciò che ho fatto io, specialmente perché uscire con mio marito è sempre un'occasione speciale per me...e lui ha adorato sia l'abito che le mie nuove scarpe "cut out". 

Ero sicura che avrebbe gradito questo outfit, perché molto femminile ed abbastanza semplice, che spesso per un uomo è la scelta migliore. Beh, grazie maritino per la tua approvazione...solamente, non ti abituare troppo a questo trattamento, ok ? LOL !.

A blonde lady on my dress

Hey guys ! How are you doing ? I am fine, and I am off from work, so this is a special Monday for me ;). Today I want to show you a lovely dress I got on Blackfive, it's a dress even tho it seems made of a tee and an organza skirt with polka dots. I wore this look for a day spent in a country resort, one of those places I go to recharge my batteries. 

I love it, it's one of those "fun clothes" that I love to wear. I focused on the blonde hair of the lady on the upper part to add more touches of yellow with my Rebecca Minkoff bag and with my Loriblu pumps.  

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Io sto bene, inoltre sono in ferie, per cui è un Lunedì piacevole per me ! ;).
Oggi voglio mostrarvi un adorabile abitino che ho preso su Blackfive, è un abito unico sebbene sembri si tratti di una t-shirt con una gonna in organza dai grandi pois. Ho scelto questo look per una giornata trascorsa in uno splendido resort di campagna, uno di quei posti dove amo andare per ricaricare le batterie.  

Lo adoro, è uno di quei capi divertenti che mi piace indossare. Mi sono focalizzata sulla tonalità di biondo dei capelli della donna ritratta sulla parte superiore del vestito per aggiungere ulteriori tocchi di giallo con la mia borsa Rebecca Minkoff e le scarpe Loriblu. 

Faux leather and fur, True blue

In days like today, when the sun has been shining, I always manage to have a walk on the seaside. I've always been in love with the sea, since my early years, I am totally fascinated by the shades of blue that surround me when I go there, I feel so relaxed.

It took me some more time to get fond of blue colored clothes, but I am now a great fan of this color, that I love to wear in its different shades, just like I do in this almost all blue outfit, featuring a faux leather midi skirt and my faux fur jacket. Leather and fur are faux, but the blu is really...true !.

In giornate come queste, con il sole che splende, cerco sempre di fare una passeggiata in riva al mare, di cui sono perdutamente innamorata da sempre. Il blu del mare e del cielo mi fanno stare bene, mi rilassano, fin da quando ero una bambina. Mi ci è voluto più tempo per innamorarmi del blu come colore di capi da indossare, ma ne sono adesso una grande fan e amo portarlo nelle sue svariate sfumature, proprio come faccio in questo outfit quasi tutto blu come la mia gonna midi in ecopelle e l'eco-pellicciotto. La pelle e la pelliccia sono false, ma il blu è tutto...vero !.

Hello there, and happy Halloween !. There are times when the sky is too grey and the hours seems as dull as the wall of the office, where I spend most of my time surrounded by papers, dreaming big and having the need of not living a life too ordinary. Later, I go out and I cheer myself up wearing something that is not ordinary, and what if people look at me, only because I stand out from the crowd ?. My mantra is "Let them stare !".

So, when I got contacted by the lovely Anastasia Gelfman Silis, young, independent and very talented designer of her own clothing brand, Let them stare, to wear one of her garments, I accepted with joy. Here I am then, proudly wearing a Let them stare bow skirt, turning a normal afternoon into a special one thanks to this unique piece !.

Ciao a tutti e buon Halloween !. Ci sono giornate in cui il cielo è troppo grigio e le ore sembrano una uguale all'altra, senza colore come le mura dell'ufficio dove trascorro buona parte del mio tempo, circondata da carte, con tanti sogni e la necessità di non vivere una vita troppo ordinaria. Dopo, esco e mi consolo indossando qualcosa di assolutamente fuori dal comune, e che importa se qualcuno mi fissa solo perché ciò che porto non si uniforma alla massa ?. Il mio mantra è "lasciamoli guardare !".

Così, quando sono stata contattata dalla adorabile Anastasia Gelfman Silis, giovane stilista indipendente e molto talentuosa, il cui brand si chiama proprio Let them stare, per indossare una delle sue creazioni, ho accettato con gioia. Eccomi, dunque, con indosso una gonna con fiocco creata da lei per la sua etichetta Let them stare, in un pomeriggio diventato speciale grazie a questo pezzo così unico !.

This outfit is the last one from my holidays serie and it's based on a very cute Yumi cocktail dress with a print featuring tucanos and drinks, a romantic 50s inspired party dress I decided to wear for daytime and therefore I styled with colorful accessories !. A drinks print makes this dress THE real cocktail dress ! ;).

Questo outfit è l'ultimo tra quelli delle vacanze, è incentrato su un abito da cocktail molto carino, di Yumi, con una stampa raffigurante tucani e drinks, un abito da party romantico stile anni '50 che ho deciso di indossare per il pomeriggio e che, per questo, ho abbinato ad accessori colorati !. Una stampa con i drinks fanno di questo abito IL vero abito da cocktail ! ;).

Paisley print satin dress

Sometimes you end up falling in love with dresses that aren't that easy to wear, just like this one: short, in a light satin fabric that seems to move and wrinkle at any little movement, with a weird cut on the shoulders. Then, you look at the dress twice and you decide you'll buy it because you like it too much to leave it, because of the colors and because, being a statement piece, it's also a sort of challenge with yourself. 

This is what happened to me with this mini dress I bought last Spring in Riccione at Nina Ademar shop. The colors and the fun paisley print convinced me to buy it, I ended up wearing this 60s style satin dress in a hot and windy summer evening, during my holiday in Sorrento.

A volte capita di innamorarti di un abito non così facile da portare, proprio come questo: corto, in tessuto leggero di raso che sembra muoversi e stropicciarsi ad ogni piccolo movimento, con un taglio strano sulle spalle. Poi, lo guardi un'altra volta e decidi che lo comprerai perché ti piace troppo per lasciarlo lì, per i bei colori e perché essendo particolare è anche una sorta di sfida personale. 

Questo è quanto mi è successo con questo mini vestito comprato la scorsa primavera a Riccione, da Nina Ademar. I colori e la fantasia jacquard mi hanno convinta a farlo mio e ho finito per indossare questo abitino in raso stile anni '60 in una calda e ventosa sera d'estate, durante la mia vacanza a Sorrento.

Nerd tee, lace shorts

There are times when dressing up in a tee and shorts, and going out with music in my ears is the best option of all, it means freedom from the stress and negative thoughts. This happens especially when I am on holidays, I love walking around with one of my mp3 players and headphones, knowing I have my favorite songs keeping me company. 

This outfit with a background soundtrack is another look I sported in Sorrento during my holidays, featuring my Stradivarius white lace shorts and a green "Nerd" print tee bought on Asos.

Ci sono giorni in cui vestirsi in shorts e maglietta, uscendo con la mia musica nelle orecchie rappresenta l'opzione migliore di tutte, significa sentirsi libera dallo stress e dai pensieri negativi. Ciò accade specialmente quando sono in vacanza, adoro andarmene in giro con uno dei miei lettori mp3 e la cuffia, sapendo che ci sono le mie canzoni preferite a tenermi compagnia.

Questo outfit con sottofondo musicale è stato proposto da me durante le mie vacanze a Sorrento, ed è incentrato sugli shorts in pizzo bianco Stradivarius e una t-shirt con la scritta "Nerd" comprata su Asos.

How are you all ? I am having a hard time coping with the heat, and air conditioned helps but it makes me feel very tired...I wish I was free from work, but I have to resist until the half of next month to have some spare time !. I think back at my week of vacation earlier this month...it seems so far at the moment, yet it didn't happen much long ago !. I have kept a few snaps from that week to show you...including these ones, with a midi bodycon dress I bought from Asos and that I've been wearing in the office as well, adding a blazer !.

Come state ? Io sto avendo serie difficoltà a reggere il caldo, e l'aria condizionata aiuta ma mi rende molto stanca...vorrei essere in vacanza, ma devo ancora resistere fino a metà del prossimo mese per godermi un po' di tempo libero ! Ripenso alla mia settimana di vacanza già trascorsa all'inizio di questo mese...sembra ormai così lontana, sebbene non sia trascorso così tanto tempo !. Ho ancora alcune foto di quei giorni da mostrarvi...incluse queste, con un abito aderente e longuette preso da Asos e che ho qualche giorno fa indossato anche in ufficio, con l'aggiunta di un blazer !.

Hippie style: bell bottoms and Lita flower

I have always been extremely fond of 70s fashion and music. Every now and then we have a fashion come back with the restyling of some 60s and 70s trends, you may call it Boho-chic, bohemian up to 70s disco glam. 

The hippie movement, born in '60 originally in the USA, in my beloved Greenwich Village in New York and in San Francisco, ended up for leaving a permanent sign worldwide and spread its ideas and philosophy thru music, television, film, the arts and literature.

Hippie fashion style to me means freedom, mixing of patterns, fun with prints, tye dye, flower power, bell bottom/flare pants and sky high platforms...mix them together and you have the recipe to this outfit. I had fun time travelling...back to the dawning of the Age of Aquarius ! ;)

Sono sempre stata appassionata dalla moda e dalla musica degli anni 70. Ogni tanto la moda ci propone una qualche rivisitazione dei trend legati agli anni '60 e '70, che si chiamino Boho-chic, bohemienne fino ad arrivare al glam disco.

Il movimento hippie, nato a metà degli anni '60 originariamente negli USA, precisamente nel mio amato Greenwich Village a New York e a San Francisco, ha lasciato segni indelebili in tutto il mondo e ha diffuso le proprie idee e i propri costumi attraverso la musica, la televisione, le arti e la letteratura.

Lo stile hippie per me significa libertà, mixare stoffe, divertirsi con le stampe, il tie dye, il flower power, pantaloni a zampa e scarpe con platforms altissimi...mixate tutto ciò ed otterrete la ricetta di questo outfit. Mi sono divertita a viaggiare nel tempo...fino all'alba dell'Età dell'Acquario ! ;)
