Suede fringe jacket and Western shirt

A suede fringe jacket and a western shirt in my last outfit before the Coronavirus lockdown. These pics are from the beginning of March, so about a week before lockdown. It feels like ages ago. I have been struggling to adapt to a new daytime routine, and especially in the first week I was so anxious and nervous that it was hard for me to keep posting or even doing the usual stuff. Now it's getting better even tho Italy is really under major alarm and the number of sick people and dead people keeps growing. I am really scared and deeply sad.

Queste foto sono dell'inizio del mese di marzo, quindi circa una settimana prima della chiusura. Sembrano trascorsi anni. Ho fatto fatica ad adattarmi a questa nuova routine e specialmente nella prima settimana mi sentivo molto in ansia e nervosa quindi mi riusciva difficile postare o anche fare qualcosa di semplice. Ora sto meglio anche se l'Italia è davvero in un momento difficile e il numero dei contagiati e delle persone decedute continua a crescere. Mi sento molto spaventata e profondamente triste.

A little black pencil dress with a see through effect can be a good choice for an elegant total black outfit. I wore it for a dinner date with hubby, and I kept it simple adding just a couple of statement pieces with golden accents. It was a special day for us, and I know he prefers bodycon dresses on me, because they exalt my curves, therefore I decided to make him happy with a dress I love because, thanks to the leather trim and the lace cuts, it's not your typical black pencil dress and it has a rock allure. What's then better than a pair of stiletto sandals to walk towards the dinner table with your date ? Femine and classy without being too revealing: this is to me an ideal pencil dress.

L'ho indossato per una cena con mio marito, e ho aggiunto solo un paio di accessori particolari con dettagli oro. Era un giorno speciale per noi, e so che preferisce gli abiti aderenti su di me, perché esaltano le mie curve; ho deciso quindi di accontentarlo con un abito che amo perché, grazie agli inserti in pelle e ai tagli del pizzo, non è il solito tubino nero e ha una allure rock. Cosa c'è poi di meglio che un paio di sandali stiletto per camminare verso il tavolo con il tuo accompagnatore ? Femminile e di classe senza rivelare troppo: questo è per me il pencil dress ideale.

Holiday fashion: what to wear to the Amalfi coast

Holiday fashion is a perfect subject in this time of the year, and today I want to show you a simple tourist outfit I wore during my latest getaway with hubby to the Amalfi Coast. The ingredients of my fashion tourist look are simple: first of all, you need a summer dress, light and also easy to take off to sunbathe on the beach - I wore my white lace dress with my bikini underneath. Then, you will need a panama hat to protect yourself from the heat and also, let's say it, because it's extremely cool and stylish. Mine is from Ecua Andino, just like other colorful panama hats I showed you before, and I am totally in love with this brand and the top quality of their Made in Ecuador hats !. Then, you will need a large shopper tote, and this stripe Robertina bag by Roberta Pieri, that struck me at first sight, is just perfect: roomy, lightweight and very trendy. Do not put make-up on your face, just a colorful lipstick will do fine, it's better to protect your skin with a sunscreen cream instead, to protect your skin.

La moda da vacanze è un argomento perfetto per questo momento dell'anno, ed oggi vi voglio mostrare un semplice outfit da turista che ho adottato durante la mia ultima fuga con il maritino sulla Costiera Amalfitana. Gli ingredienti del mio look da turista fashion sono semplici: prima di tutto, avrete bisogno di un abito estivo, leggero e facile da togliere per prendere il sole in spiaggia - ho indossato questo abito in pizzo bianco sul costume. Poi, avrete bisogno di un cappello panama per proteggervi dal calore e, diciamolo, perché è troppo cool e stiloso. Il mio è di Ecua-Andino, come altri coloratissimi cappelli panama che vi ho mostrato in precedenza, amo follemente questo brand e la qualità top dei loro cappelli Made in Ecuador !. Poi, avrete bisogno di una borsa shopping capiene, e questa Robertina bag di Roberta Pieri, che ho adorato all'istante, è perfetta: spaziosa, leggerissima e molto trendy. Evitate il makeup, basta un rossetto coloratissimo, meglio puntare su una crema solare per proteggere la pelle dai raggi solari.

Hey guys, how are you ? I am pretty fine, after all it's friday ! Yay ! I am here to show you a few pics from the past weekend I spent in a beautiful country house. I needed to relax in the middle of the green countryside, and went for a green outfit, with this cute lace dress, a lovely new hat from Headict and a statement necklace made of colorful flowers.

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Io bene, dopotutto è venerdì, meno male ! Sono quì a mostrarvi qualche foto scattata lo scorso weekend, che ho trascorso in una bellissima country house. Avevo proprio bisogno di un po' di relax nel mezzo della verde campagna, ed anche il mio outfit è stato verde, con questo carinissimo abito in pizzo, un adorabile cappello preso su Headict ed una statement necklace che è un'esplosione di fiori coloratissimi.

I have come to Sorrento for the weekend, to relax a bit with hubby, and we found a very variable weather...moments of sunny and hot weather, but also cold wind and fresh air. Anyway, in spite of weather being bad and also internet not working properly with our mobile phone operator, we had a few moments of bliss ;). Pics coming soon !. Now I am in my hotel room and thought about completing a new post, this time it's casual, with one of my purchases on Zalando, this beautiful cobalt blue faux leather jacket !.

Auguri ! Spero che abbiate trascorso una felice Pasqua fino ad ora ! Io sono venuta a trascorrere il weekend a Sorrento con il maritino, ed abbiamo trovato un tempo a dir poco variabile...pochi sprazzi di sole e caldo, ma anche vento fortissimo e temperature molto basse per le medie stagionali. Nonostante il tempo avverso e la connessione internet non funzionante al di fuori dell'hotel (ecco il perché non sono stata molto presente), abbiamo trascorso dei momenti di puro relax ;). Presto vedrete le foto, nel frattempo, dalla mia camera di hotel, ho pensato di postare un nuovo outfit casual, per mostrarvi uno dei miei ultimi acquisti fatti su Zalando, questo bel giubbotto in ecopelle blu cobalto !.

Love Moschino sweater

Are you getting ready for Valentine's day ? Are you going to celebrate it tomorrow ? I do think that love should be celebrated everyday, but I am gonna celebrate it with my lovely hubby going on a dinner after a long day of work, I have more than one reason...I am happily in love and my name is Valentina ;)...I think I should get two presents for this reason, right ? Ahah :D. I am not going to post about presents suggestions for tomorrow, I have already sent my personal suggestions around as a subliminal messages to my love...ahahah. Instead, I have decided to post pics of a simple outfit with a sweater I like so much, it's from Love Moschino and it features a girl in cat eye glasses, same shape I use to read in my everyday life. Isn't it cute ?.

Siete pronti per San Valentino ? Lo festeggerete domani ? Io credo che l'amore vada celebrato ogni giorno dell'anno, ma festeggerò San Valentino con il mio adorabile maritino dopo quella che sarà una lunga giornata di lavoro...ho due motivi per farlo: sono felicemente innamorata e mi chiamo Valentina ;)...pertanto, credo proprio che dovrei ricevere due regali per questo motivo, giusto ? Ahaha :D. Non posterò idee regalo per domani, ho già mandato messaggi subliminali al mio amore in proposito, so essere diabolica, ahaha ;) Invece, ho deciso di mostrarvi un outfit semplice con un maglione che mi piace molto, di Love Moschino, raffigurante una ragazza con occhiali "da gatta", quasi identici a quelli che uso io nella vita di tutti i giorni. Non è carino ?.

I have decided to style the sweater with simple jeans and my Guess by Marciano ankle boots, same collection of my wedged pumps you had already seen. See them better in the pic below !. As a bag, I opted for my green Prada bag.

Ho deciso di abbinare al maglione un semplice paio di jeans e i miei tronchetti con zeppa di Guess by Marciano, della stessa collezione delle deco che vi avevo già fatto vedere. Potete vederne meglio i dettagli nella foto sottostante. Come borsa, ho optato per la borsa di Prada verde.

I added a touch of red nail polish, as always, just a few minutes before going out...do you also do that ?. I am often in a hurry for everything...to be sincere, also now I am a hurry to go to the hairdresser, LOL !.
I wish you all a good Valentine's day for tomorrow, and if you aren't in a couple, never forget you can still be in love with yourself, so this means you can still pamper yourself and remember that being on our own is surely better than be with the wrong person, and that we have to enjoy our days at the best we can :-).

Ho optato per uno smalto rosso classico, applicandolo, come spesso mi accade, solo pochi minuti prima di uscire...capita anche a voi ?. Vado spesso di fretta per tutto...sinceramente, anche adesso sarei di fretta perché devo andare dalla parrucchiera ;-).
Vi auguro un buon San Valentino per domani e anche se non siete in coppia, ricordate che potete sempre essere innamorati di...voi stessi, ovvero potete coccolarvi come meglio preferite e ricordare che starsene per conto proprio in alcuni momenti è sicuramente meglio che stare con la persona sbagliata, bisogna trarre il meglio da tutte le situazioni :-).
