La pizza non mente mai è la frase, molto vera, su questa t-shirt rosa di Zaful, per l'outfit rilassato di oggi. La perfetta ricetta di stile per una amante della pizza come me e per un weekend pigro. A dirla tutta, in questi giorni sono stata un po' assente, ma sto risolvendo alcune questioni tecniche relative al mio fashion blog, tirando fuori il mio lato più nerd. Quando sono uscita, ho deciso di optare per un look comodo, ed non potevo non scegliere il colore che più mi fa stare bene: il rosa. Calzavo le mie Converse All Star rosa con la borsa Cindy Michael Kors, che vi avevo mostrato in un look elegante in precedenza, ed ho accessoriato il tutto con una statement necklace rosa Bijou Brigitte.

I love music...and red !

What is the role of music in your life ? I have to say music has a very important place in mine. It has the power of lifting me up and keeping me good company, both in the house and when I go out.

Rock, pop, hip hop, r'n'b, disco, ballads, house...I like so many different kinds of music, it's a bit like my taste in fashion, I love to try them all: casual, elegant, vintage looks !.

This time my outfit is casual and music inspired, with a classic Rolling Stones t-shirt and touches of red - my favorite color of the moment - on my Givenchy Pandora bag and my wonderful Sol Republic headphones I introduced to you in this post.

Qual è il ruolo della musica nella vostra vita ? Io devo dire che nella mia la musica ha un posto molto importante. La musica ha l'incredibile potere di migliorare il mio umore e di tenermi compagnia, sempre, che io sia in casa o fuori. Rock, pop, hip hop, r'n'b, disco, ballate, house...mi piacciono tanti generi diversi, come accade per la moda, mi piace troppo cambiare, spaziare tra look casual, eleganti, vintage !.

Questa volta il mio outfit è casual ed ispirato alla musica, con una classica t-shirt Rolling Stones e altri tocchi di rosso - il mio colore preferito del momento - sulla Pandora Givenchy e sulle meravigliose cuffie Sol Republic che vi avevo presentato tempo addietro in questo post.

Hey guys, how are you ? Come on, don't be sad if you got back to work: just take it slowly ! I am on holidays, instead, and I am in a pretty lazy mood, I feel like having fun, having a walk and a chat in total freedom, knowing I have time to waste, see what I mean ?. An easy mood, just like the one of today's outfit, a casual and simple one with a pair of vintage Levi's 501 jeans, my glittered Converse sneakers and a t-shirt with Mickey Mouse. Because we're never too old to love Mickey Mouse, right ? :-)

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Su, via quei musi lunghi...lo so che molti di voi sono già tornati al lavoro: mi raccomando, prendetevela comoda ! Io sono in ferie e mi sento piuttosto pigra, ovvero ho voglia di divertirmi, di fare una passeggiata, di chiacchierare senza costrizioni di sorta, voglio avere del tempo "da sprecare", capite cosa intendo ?. Un mood molto easy, come quello dell'outfit di oggi, casual e semplice con un paio di Levi's 501 vintage, le Converse glitterate ed una t-shirt con Topolino. Perché non si è mai troppo vecchi per amare Topolino, giusto ? :-)

Tulle is everywhere

Hey everyone, how are you doing ? I am really tired because lately I've been working for too long, and holidays are still a dream for me, I need to relax so badly !.

Anyway, things will go back to normal soon, hopefully, and I will be able to spend more time on the blog, I feel guilty whenever I have less time to dedicate to it and also less time to surf the net and interact on my socials !. For sure, I will try to recharge my batteries this weekend, I wanna have a lazy one. A casual look that is very suitable to a lazy and slow weekend is what I am showing you today, with a few pics taken a while ago.

This a casual attire features a statement t-shirt, a baseball cap and my pink Converse sneakers. As you can see, tulle isn't just on the skirts for Summer 2014, it can be found a bit everywhere, also on a tee !

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Io vi confesso di essere stanchissima, ultimamente sto lavorando per troppo a lungo e con le vacanze ancora lontanissime non mi sento al top della forma, ho un disperato bisogno di relax ! Ad ogni modo, le cose dovrebbero sistemarsi presto, e potrò tornare a dedicare più tempo al mio adorato blog ed alla lettura degli altri, oltre che ad interagire maggiormente sui socials !. Sicuramente, cercherò di recuperare le energie nel weekend, che sarà "pigro". Un look casual molto adatto ad un fine settimana lento e rilassato è questo che vi mostro oggi, con foto scattate un po' di tempo fa; l'outfit prevede una maglietta molto particolare, un cappello da baseball e le mie Converse rosa. Come potete vedere, il tulle non riguarda solamente le gonne di moda per l'Estate 2014, ma può essere trovato un po' ovunque, persino su una tee !.

Cake for Breakfast

Let me share something about my everyday life with you: I like my breakfast to be VERY sweet. I have a passion for cake, dessert, pancakes, cookies, biscuits, and I crave them especially when I wake up in the morning.

I try to have a healthy lifestyle so I manage to have breakfast with milk and cereals during the week, but on weekends I gotta have something special, and hubby knows it, whenever he goes out to buy the newspapers, he also stops by a café to bring me a sweet treat for my morning meal. Why am I telling you this ? Because I found a lovely little webshop with the cutest name Cake for Breakfast, and in this simple casual look I sported Saturday morning, I am wearing a Cake for Breakfast tee, with the writing "Gimme some sugar", a not really subliminal message to my hubby, he knows that I would get all grumpy and nervous if I didn't have a sweete and delicious breakfast, therefore he avoids all risks buying me a nice piece of cake ! ;)

Lasciate che vi sveli qualcosa della mia vita di tutti i giorni: mi piace fare una colazione MOLTO dolce. Ho la passione per dolci, dessert vari, pancakes, cookies, biscotti e ne ho un disperato bisogno soprattutto al mattino. 

Cerco di mantenere uno stile di vita sano, e di limitarmi a latte e cereali durante la settimana, ma nei weekends devo avere un trattamento speciale, e mio marito lo sa bene, perché quando esce a comprare i quotidiani mi porta sempre dei dolci per colazione. Perché vi dico questo ? Perché ho scoperto questo delizioso sito internet dal nome troppo bello: Cake for breakfast, e per questo semplice look casual che ho sfoggiato sabato mattina ho scelto una loro tee, con la scritta rosa "Gimme some sugar", messaggio non troppo subliminale per mio marito, che sa bene che diventerei musona e irritabile senza la mia dose di dolce per colazione, e pertanto evita ogni rischio rifornendosi al bar di un bel pezzo di torta ! ;)

Just do it: a sporty look

Trainers, or sneakers how you prefer to call them...they seem to be everywhere more than ever, outside of the gym, they arrived even on the most famous catwalks and it's not unusual to see them in everyday oufits, even combined with skirts, mini dresses. The dilemma is now: can sneakers be cool even with sweatpants, in the most traditional way, or is it too normal ?.

I recently bought my Nike free run 5.0 trainers and I love them so far, they are so comfortable and my feet, tired of walking in high heels, will never be thankful enough for this purchase...I am sure I will be experimenting with them, because I am likely to try new trends, but for their first walk I decided to go traditional, and wore them with a comfortable outfit that is pretty unusual to me, in fact I rarely go out with sweatpants. This time I am showing you the comfiest and most relaxed side, I only allowed one luxury piece to stand out: instead of a gym bag, I went for my Givenchy Nightingale ;)

Le scarpe da tennis o sneakers, come preferite chiamarle, sono ormai ovunque, più di sempre, hanno letteralmente preso piede fuori dalle palestre e sono arrivate fino a calcare le passerelle più famose, inoltre non è difficile vederle in outfit che un tempo ci avrebbero sconvolti, abbinate persino a gonne o mini abiti. Il dilemma è: si possono ancora calzare scarpe del genere con i pantaloni della tuta, in modo "tradizionale" ovvero per ciò per cui sono state create, o forse è troppo "normale" ?.

Ho comprato anche io un paio di Nike free run 5.0 e le adoro, sono comodissime, per questo i miei piedi, provati da giornate intere sui tacchi alti, non saranno mai abbastanza grati per questo...sicuramente non resisterò e proverò a sperimentare qualche outfit complesso, ma per la loro prima uscita ho scelto la via tradizionale che in realtà è, per me cosa rara, dato che non esco spesso in tuta. Ho voluto mostrarvi il mio lato più comodo e rilassato, lasciando un solo pezzo "di lusso": al posto di un borsone da palestra, ci ho visto meglio la mia Givenchy Nightingale ;)

I will show you some of the outfits I've been sporting in Sorrento very soon, in the meantime I realized I didn't show you yet these these pics I have found in my camera, they are from last month and my days on the mountains in the opposite part of Italy, it's just a simple relaxed look I was wearing during my trip to "Bad Egart" - Sissi Museum - in Tyrol.

Presto vi mostrerò alcuni degli outfit che ho indossato a Sorrento, nel frattempo mi sono accorta di non avervi ancora mostrato queste foto che risalgono al mese scorso, ai miei giorni in montagna nella parte opposta d'Italia, si tratta di un casual look molto semplice e comodo che ho indossato durante la mia visita al Museo di Sissi "Bad Egart", in Tirolo.

Here we are with another casual outfit, with a grey cotton sweater that had been waiting in my closet for a few months, until a sunny and windy day !.
I've been very busy lately, been very busy at work and in my spare time I got totally hooked on Game of Thrones...I've bought the first 2 series on DVD and it's an amazing tv serie ! Do you also watch it ?. When I lack of time, I watch it whilst eating...I am a busy bee !.
Anyway, I think most of the fellow bloggers will relate about the guilt feelings that we feel when we have to neglect our blog and our readers, even if it's only for a couple of days...it doesn't feel good at all, does it ?!.

Eccoci con un altro outfit casual, con una maglia grigia in cotone mélange che è restata ad attendere nel mio armadio per mesi, finché ho finito per indossarla in una giornata soleggiata ma ventosa !.
Sono stata molto occupata al lavoro in questi ultimi giorni...e nel tempo libero sono stata totalmente assorbita dalla serie "Il trono di spade"...ho comprato i cofanetti dvd delle prime due serie, è veramente avvincente ! Voi la guardate ?. Quando ho poco tempo, ottimizzo guardando le serie mentre mangio...sono occupata !.
Comunque sia, credo che la maggior parte dei blogger condivideranno con me il fatto che si provi un certo senso di colpa quando si è costretti a trascurare un po' il blog e i propri lettori, anche se per un paio di giorni soltanto...non è una bella sensazione, giusto ?!.

Lobster sweater and new Firmoo sunglasses

Living by the sea, I tend to eat a lot of sea food and I have to confess lobster is one of my fave foods ever, so when I spotted this cotton lobster printed sweater on Asos I thought it was so cute and therefore... "why not ?". After all, I have a raccoon sweater from the past winter, and a lobster one could be very appropriate for Springtime !.

My hubby was so amused when he saw me in this casual & "crustacean" outfit. I told him that instead of smiling he should have better taken me out for dinner ;-).

Vivendo sul mare, mi capita spesso di mangiare pesce e frutti di mare, e confesso che l'aragosta è uno dei miei cibi preferiti in assoluto. Non avevo pensato che un'aragosta potesse anche essere...carina da portare stampata su una maglia in cotone, ma con la maglia di Asos che vedete mi sono ricreduta !. Dopotutto, ho una maglia con procione che risale all'inverno e, pertanto, una con l'aragosta è appropriata per la Primavera !.

Mio marito si è divertito a passeggiare con me in questa tenuta casual e "crostacea", e io gli ho detto di ridere poco e, piuttosto, di portarmi a cena fuori ;-).

Standout blouse and a small Miss Sicily bag

Hello everyone, hope you are having a lovely Sunday ! It's time for a new outfit post ! Spring is slowly kicking in, it's finally sunny outside and I couldn't be happier about it !. A few days ago, when these pics were taken, there still was a chilly wind blowing on the beach. My personal challenge, this time, was to style this adorably kitsch kettle print blouse with rhinestone decorated collar from Sheinside. Surely, an eye catcher and a must have for all tea/coffee lovers ! ;-P. 

Ciao a tutti, spero stiate trascorrendo una piacevole domenica ! E' tempo di mostrarvi un nuovo outfit ! La primavera sta prendendo lentamente piede, finalmente c'è il sole e non potrei esserne più felice ! Pochi giorni addietro, quando sono state scattate queste foto, c'era ancora un venticello molto fresco sulla spiaggia.
La mia sfida personale, questa volta, è stata abbinare questa blusa a stampa teiere con colletto decorato, adorabilmente kitsch, di Sheinside. Sicuramente non passa inosservata ed è un must have per le amanti di tè/caffè ! ;-P.

Today's outfit post is featuring a casual look with a sweatshirt, jeans and Converse sneakers, one of my fave looks for sunny days in this slow start of Spring !. In this "rock" inspired outfit I decided to wear my Marc by Marc Jacobs see thru bag I had told you about a while ago for the first time ;-).

Il post di oggi è casual, con felpa, jeans e Converse ai piedi, uno dei look che preferisco per una passeggiata in una giornata di sole in questo lentissimo inizio di Primavera ! Per questo outfit dai toni "rock", ho deciso di inaugurare la mia borsa semi-trasparente di Marc by Marc Jacobs, della quale vi avevo già parlato in un post precedente ;-).

Cheap Monday meets Hermès

One of the things I always bring with me whenever I go out is a scarf, I always wear a wool scarf in Winter but I adore wearing a silk scarf during the Spring and I bring it with me even for Summer nights out !.
Silk carves keep being added to my collection and the best thing is that I've been using some of them for many years already and I always like them a lot, just like the Hermès one I am wearing in these pics. I think a nice silk scarf can add something special even to a simple outfit plus it's very useful when it's windy, don't you agree with me ? Moreover, when I get tired of wearing it, it can be easily stored into my bag ;-).

Una delle cose che porto sempre con me quando esco è una sciarpa, indosso sempre una sciarpa di lana in inverno ma adoro i foulard in seta in primavera e li porto spesso con me anche per le serate estive !.
I foulard di seta continuano ad aggiungersi alla mia collezione e la cosa migliore è che alcuni li uso da molti anni e continuano a piacermi molto, proprio come quello di Hermès che indosso in queste foto. Credo che un bel foulard in seta possa aggiungere qualcosa di speciale all'intero outfit inoltre è molto utile in caso di vento, non credete anche voi ? Inoltre, se mi stancassi di indossarlo, può essere facilmente riposto in borsa ;-).

I am a fan of Cheap Monday jeans, I love them also cause they are often high waisted and this means being comfier and more feminine, these are brand new and the name of the model is "second skin dark prest".
I have decided to go for a layered look, wearing a Cheap Monday cobalt blue tank top with a Zara basic top underneath and an asymmetrical blue cardi from Northland. This is the right kind of outfit for such a crazy weather that goes from very hot to chilly in the same day !.
My beloved Chucks with a stars and stripes print and my Balenciaga city completed the look !.

Sono una fan dei jeans Cheap Monday, li amo anche perché sono spesso a vita alta e ciò per me significa maggiore comodità e femminilità, questo modello è nuovo e si chiama "Second Skin Dark Prest".
Ho deciso di adottare il look "stratificato", indossando una canotta blu cobalto sempre di Cheap Monday sopra ad una maglia basic a maniche lunghe di Zara e aggiungendo un cardigan asimmetrico blu di Northland.
Questo tipo di outfit è sicuramente adatto ad un clima tanto pazzo che passa da caldissimo a fresco nel corso della stessa giornata !.
Le mie adorate Converse a stampa bandiera americana e la Balenciaga City hanno completato il look !.

In these pics you can see my stack of bracelets, a couple of them are from Tiffany and I wear them all the time ! My followers on Twitter and Facebook already know that the other day I was so sad cause I thought I had lost a charm, a lock that has a meaning to me, then I have luckily found it on the floor when I had lost hopes ! Now I am thinking about getting them all treated with a welding so that I don't risk them to fall out anymore !.

In queste foto potete vedere i miei braccialetti, un paio sono di Tiffany e li indosso sempre ! I miei followers su Twitter e Facebook sanno già che un paio di giorni fa ero triste perché pensavo di aver perso un charm, un lucchetto che ha un significato speciale per me, poi l'ho fortunatamente ritrovato proprio quando avevo perso ogni speranza ! Ora sto pensando di farli saldare tutti in modo da non rischiare più che possano cadere !.

Comfy Sunday

Hello everybody ! As you can see in my pics, my newest outfit (in an urban location lol) involves a long skirt and flat shoes (my new Converse all star limited edition - they look old and dirty but they're brand new !). As some of you know, last week I fell from my wedges and hurt my knee. Well, the knee is recovering, it's still a bit bruised and cuts are healing, I just don't feel like wearing trousers cause it gets annoying ! I had to cheer myself up and I went out for some heavy shopping, I bought two amazing dresses and two pair of shoes that you'll see in my forthcoming outfits posts ;-). I went for the comfy look - after all I was going out for a walk and then to the mall to buy some house stuff - and I was also wearing my eyeglasses, I usually wear contacts but I am so in love with my eyeglasses that I am often betraying my contacts in order to wear them ;-). I am short sighted, not heavily but enough to need to wear glasses !. What about you - do you need eyeglasses and if yes, do you hate wearing them or are you like me - love them and consider them as a fashion item ?.

Come potete vedere dalle mie foto, il mio nuovo outfit (con annessa location urbana lol) include una gonna lunga e scarpe basse (le mie nuove Converse all star edizione limitata - sembrano vecchie e sporche ma sono nuovissime !). Come alcuni di voi sapranno, la scorsa settimana sono caduta dalle zeppe e mi sono fatta male ad un ginocchio. Beh, il ginocchio sta meglio, ho ancora un po' di livido e i tagli stanno guarendo, non mi sento ancora di indossare i pantaloni perché sfregando mi darebbero fastidio ! Comunque, mi sono consolata con un po' di sano shopping, ho comprato due vestiti molto belli e due paia di scarpe che vedrete nei miei prossimi outfits ;-). Ho scelto un look comodo - dopotutto stavo solo uscendo per una passeggiata e per un giro di acquisti per la casa al centro commerciale - e stavo anche portando gli occhiali da vista, di solito uso le lenti a contatto ma amo così tanto questi occhiali che da quando li ho comprati tradisco spesso le lenti per indossarli ;-). Sono miope, non di tanto ma di sicuro ho bisogno degli occhiali !. Che mi raccontate di voi - avete bisogno degli occhiali da vista o no ? Se sì, odiate indossarli o siete come me - li considerate come un altro accessorio di moda ?.
