It's Valentine's day and I couldn't help posting my look with heart shaped sunglasses. I do believe we gotta celebrate love everyday but I have nothing against this celebration, maybe I like it especially because my name is Valentina! Here's my look for Valentine's day, with my new Valentino VRING bag in the iconic red color of the maison. I have been in love with these bags as soon as they came out. I love the golden monogram hardware and the compartmentalized interior. The size of this bag ia also perfect: not too big nor too small and suitable both for more formal looks and for fun ones. The top handle is quite long and it's different from the usual bags. I sported it with a star print dress from Maje and a long Malloni wool cardigan.

Adoro l'hardware oro col maxi logo e l'interno a scomparti, inoltre la grandezza di questa borsa è davvero perfetta: non grande ma neanche piccola, adatta sia a look formali che ad outfit più particolari. Il lungo manico la rende diversa dalle solite borse. L'ho abbinata a un abito con stampa stelle di Maje ed a un lungo cardigan in lana Malloni.

How to wear ribbed velvet trousers? They sure made a huge comeback and you can find them in different lengths and shape. Mine are ankle length and in a vivid color; I prefer them to be a bit short and culotte-like because I think they are easier to match with sneakers. I wore my glittery Giancarlo Paoli sneakers from Fall-Winter 2018-19 collection and added a sweatshirt in the most glamorous color this season, purple. A simple crossbody bag with a leopard pony skin insert completed my daytime outfit.

A vintage folk style summer dress is one of my favorite pieces this season. There are dresses that just scream summer and with this Lazzari one it was love at first sight. It's fun and classy, and the matryoshka print with a strong russian inspiration has always been an obsession of mine. Meet my new bag Angie, a lovely small shoulder bag from Kipling. Lately I have been loving smaller, shoulder bags more and more, especially if they have a metallic finish like this one and you can easily carry them from day to night. Angie by Kipling is part of an exclusive collection for Winter 2017-2018: it has plenty of zipped pockets and it is very lightweight, therefore I had to take it with me during my Christmas shopping! The metallic pewter color is trendy yet very neutral, so it looks good on pratically anything. A "young" bag suitable for any age, casual but not too much, practical and perfect for a modern woman. In these pics I was sporting it with my new camel, super cozy coat that looks a bit like Max Mara's Teddy Bear and faux leather pants.

Ultimamente sto amando sempre più le borse a spalla, specialmente se hanno un finish metallico come questa e si possono portare facilmente sia di giorno che di sera. Angie di Kipling è parte di una esclusiva collezione per l'inverno 2017-2018: ha diverse tasche con zip ed è leggerissima, pertanto era doveroso portarla con me per il mio shopping natalizio! Il color peltro metallizzato è trendy ma neutro, così sta bene praticamente su qualsiasi cosa. Una borsa giovane ma adatta a tutte, casual ma non troppo, pratica e perfetta per una donna moderna. In queste foto stavo sfoggiandola con il mio nuovo, morbido e caldo cappotto cammello che somiglia un po' al famoso Teddy Bear di Max Mara e pantaloni in ecopelle.

Lace has become a real must have, even as a Fall trend. It is indeed a very versatile fabric, perfect either for a party or cocktail dress but also mixed up with casual elements for a daytime look. You can hardly fail with a little lace dress, and this blue lace dress from Metisu is a new add in my closet. I will be layering it with a leather jacket and, later, with a light coat, to follow the latest trends and make it weather appropriate since it's getting fresher. It's a feminine, a-line, lovely dress that I wore with new pumps from Giancarlo Paoli Fall/Winter 2017-2018 collection.

E' infatti un tessuto molto versatile, perfetto sia per un abito da party o da cocktail che utilizzato con altri capi casual per un look da giorno. Raramente sbaglierete con un abitino in pizzo, e questo abito in pizzo blu di Metisu è una nuova aggiunta nel mio guardaroba. Lo abbinerò con una giacca in pelle e, in seguito, con un cappottino, per seguire gli ultimi trend e renderlo appropriato alle temperature che si vanno rinfrescando. This lovely sleeveless a-line jacquard dress has the perfect length, shape and fabric and I couldn't help wanting it for me. I added my rose gold clutch from Malloni, new Giancarlo Paoli statement sandals and a special necklace.

What to wear on Easter? This beautiful blue lace dress can be a nice idea, with its ladylike style and below the knee length. I wore it with black fishnets and my tapestry pumps with vintage vibes. I am pretty obsessed with lace dresses and I own quite a few of them. I like that the elegant see through effect is on the arms only: together with the dress midi length make this piece chic and appropriate for many occasions. Don't even get me started on the color: blue it's my favorite one and therefore I wear it often, and I also think it's the most flattering color for my skin and hair color.

Cosa indossare a Pasqua? Questo bellissimo abito in pizzo blu può essere una buona idea, con il suo stile da lady e la lunghezza sotto al ginocchio. L'ho indossato con calze a rete e décolleté tappezzeria dall'aria vintage. Sono ossessionata dagli abiti in pizzo e ne ho diversi. Mi piace che l'elegante effetto trasparenza sia, in questo caso, solo sulle braccia: insieme alla lunghezza midi rende questo abito chic e adatto a molte occasioni. Non vi dico troppo del colore, il blu è il mio preferito, infatti lo indosso spesso e credo anche sia quello che meglio si adatti ai miei colori di pelle e capelli.

I have found this super cute jacket on Sammydress and the price was so ridiculously cheap that it went sold out very quickly, but there are other pink bomber jackets like this one on the website that drive me crazy, like this one. An urban and trendy look, easy and comfortable, easy to copy and perfect when you need something special and you are in a hurry ;)

Ciao a tutti, sono un po' meno in circolazione ultimamente, ma solo perché sto lavorando ad un progetto personale che non ha niente a che vedere con questo fashion and beauty blog. Le mie giornate sono davvero impegnate, per cui sto amando l'abbigliamento easy e casual più che mai, come questo outfit con maxi abito a righe e bomber rosa metallizzato. Ho trovato questo carinissimo giubbotto su Sammydress e il prezzo era così conveniente che è andato sold out molto presto, ma ci sono altri bomber rosa che adoro sul sito, come questo. Un look urban e trendy comodo e facile da copiare, perfetto quando avete bisogno di qualcosa di speciale ma andate di fretta ;)

It's been snowing outside, and I had the time to take all the Christmas decoration off and also to think about this new year that, in my case, it's starting tomorrow with me being back to work and also back to usual routine. I always say I don't wanna make too many resolutions because then they end up unattended. It's said 80% of New Year's resolutions fail by February, after all. One of my resolutions is going back to the gym but this won't fail because I have been devoted to the gym for years now and I only stopped for one week these Christmas holidays. The other resolutions...who knows?

Gli altri propositi...chissà?

Un misto tra bon ton, brava ragazza e rocker girl che personalmente adoro.

A little black pencil dress with a see through effect can be a good choice for an elegant total black outfit. I wore it for a dinner date with hubby, and I kept it simple adding just a couple of statement pieces with golden accents. It was a special day for us, and I know he prefers bodycon dresses on me, because they exalt my curves, therefore I decided to make him happy with a dress I love because, thanks to the leather trim and the lace cuts, it's not your typical black pencil dress and it has a rock allure. What's then better than a pair of stiletto sandals to walk towards the dinner table with your date ? Femine and classy without being too revealing: this is to me an ideal pencil dress.

Era un giorno speciale per noi, e so che preferisce gli abiti aderenti su di me, perché esaltano le mie curve; ho deciso quindi di accontentarlo con un abito che amo perché, grazie agli inserti in pelle e ai tagli del pizzo, non è il solito tubino nero e ha una allure rock. Cosa c'è poi di meglio che un paio di sandali stiletto per camminare verso il tavolo con il tuo accompagnatore ? Femminile e di classe senza rivelare troppo: questo è per me il pencil dress ideale.
