My favorite Sandro Paris dress of the season: pink, floral, hi-low, asymmetrical, ruffled...in a word: mine!

Some outfits are easier to compose, sometimes when you look at a dress - either online or from a window shop, you feel like shouting "this is SO mine!". Well, this is what happened with this Sandro  Paris dress. It had really everything to make me fall in love: a pink floral print, the hi-low and asymmetrical cut, a big ruffle and a wonderful viscose jacquard fabric. So, I made it mine in no time and here I am, happily wearing it with a pair of neutral blush pink Le Silla slingbacks and a cute small bag with the same pink color. It's by far my favorite dress of the season, and I can wear it daytime and also in the night.

Ci sono outfit che sono facili da creare, perché a volte quando si guarda un abito - che sia online o dalla vetrina di un negozio, viene da urlare "ma questo è così MIO!". Questo è ciò che è accaduto con questo abito di Sandro Paris. Aveva tutto per farmi innamorare perdutamente: una stampa floreale col rosa, il taglio asimmetrico più corto sul davanti, una grande balza e un meraviglioso tessuto in viscosa jacquard. Così, l'ho reso mio velocemente ed eccomi mentre lo indosso felice con ai piedi un paio di slingback Le Silla in un neutro rosa pallido, con una borsetta dello stesso colore. E' senza dubbio il mio abito preferito della stagione, da indossare sia di giorno che di sera.

A red floral jumpsuit is the perfect fun piece for a summer outfit. I wore it with baby blue details: a small crossbody bag and furry Loriblu slippers, that you might remember I also have in pink from another look post. These shoes are comfortable, trendy and got a lot of compliments whenever I wear them! This colorful jumpsuit has a defined waistline with a built-in belt and it is ankle lenght, which is the lenght jumpsuits look better on my tiny frame. I also added a shell necklace and cowrie shell bracelet, so trendy right now - I admit I gave in to this very popular trend :)

Una tuta rossa a fiori è il capo sbarazzino perfetto per un outfit estivo. L'ho indossata con dettagli celesti: una piccola tracolla e slippers con pelliccia Loriblu, che ricorderete anche in rosa in un precedente look. Queste scarpe sono comode, trendy e catalizzano complimenti ogni volta che le indosso! Questa jumpsuit colorata ha un punto vita definito con cintura incorporata ed è lunga alla caviglia, che è la lunghezza che sta meglio sulla mia corporatura esile. Ho aggiunto al look una collana con conchiglie e un braccialetto con conchiglie cowrie - ammetto di aver ceduto anche io a questo trend molto popolare :)

A vintage folk style summer dress is one of my favorite pieces this season. There are dresses that just scream summer and with this Lazzari one it was love at first sight. It's fun and classy, and the matryoshka print with a strong russian inspiration has always been an obsession of mine. I just added a retro vibe with my straw hat and a flirty touch with Giancarlo Paoli glittery sandals. This was my outfit of choice for our anniversary lunch in a lovely location on the sea.

Ho aggiunto un tocco retro con il cappello in paglia e un tocco sbarazzino con i sandali glitterati Giancarlo Paoli. Questo è stato il mio outfit per il pranzo di anniversario che abbiamo consumato in un posto fantastico sul mare.

The coffee color is quite neutral, so there are many ways to wear this beautiful coat. I added my Miss Sicily Dolce & Gabbana bag in royal blue, a pair of leopard print Adidas sneakers, and my Audrey Céline sunglasses. One of my latest purchases was this furry baseball hat, a stylish piece I have found in a small shop during my sales hunting.

Si tratta di un look molto "streetstyle", con questo cappotto di Metisu, in caldo misto lana, indossato con un paio di jeans e un bel maglione. Il color caffé è abbastanza neutro, per cui ci sono molti abbinamenti possibili. Ho scelto la borsa Miss Sicily Dolce & Gabbana in blu elettrico, un paio di sneakers leopardate Adidas e i miei occhiali da sole Céline modello Audrey. Uno dei miei ultimi acquisti è stato questo cappellino da baseball "peloso", un pezzo stiloso scovato in un negozietto durante la mia caccia ai saldi.

How to wear a checked shirt jacket? A checked jacket is surely a wardrobe staple. If it's a woolen one, it's also a shirt, and it's from Gant, it's a timeless one!. The Woolster is, indeed, a Gant icon from their Rugger line, it is a shirt/jacket originating in the 1950, revisited in a contemporary version. With a collar shirt, two pockets and buttons, it's a chic piece of clothing to match, like I did, to a pair of jeans, but it looks perfect also on a midi skirt, or a pair of plain trousers. I went for a 90s inspired outfit with my beautiful Gant jacket, and wore it on a pair of graffiti denim pants, Puma suede sneakers and a light wool top underneath.

Come indossare una giacca camicia a quadri? Una giacca a quadri è sicuramente un must in ogni guardaroba. Se, poi, è in tessuto di lana ed è anche una camicia, oltre a essere Gant, è senza tempo! The Woolster è, infatti, una icona Gant della linea Rugger; si tratta di una giacca/camicia nata negli anni '50, rivisitata in versione contemporanea nella collezione autunno/inverno Gant. Con colletto da camicia, due tasche e bottoni, è un capo chic da abbinare, come ho fatto io, a un paio di jeans, ma che è perfetto anche su una gonna midi o un paio di semplici pantaloni. Io ho scelto un outfit ispirato agli anni '90 per la mia bellissima giacca Gant, e l'ho indossata su un paio di jeans con graffiti, sneakers Puma suede e con un top in lana leggera sotto.

A tapestry coat with pink faux fur collar and a green floral maxi dress for a romantic boho chic winter style. I went for an edgy mix of prints, focussing on green color. I found this long maxi floral dress on Zaful: it's the kind of dress you can wear on different seasons, and it has this feminine, romantic allure. I don't need to add that this coat had my name all written over it: I have always been crazy for tapestry fabrics plus the pink fur collar got me, I had to have it! The perfect add for my romantic boho look were these ankle boots from Giovanni Fabiani, in green suede, a perfect mixture between vintage and modern style, comfortable and stylish.

What to wear to a summer wedding? This first august outfit post is featuring a wedding attire I sported last week for the wedding of my good friends. The weather was extremely hot and this light maxi dress in pure silk was perfect to keep it both fresh and elegant. I chose a metallic sheen both with the jacquard fabric of this dress and with my accessories: golden cage sandals from Giovanni Fabiani and a lovely metallic clutch from Malloni.

Cosa indossare ad un matrimonio estivo? Il primo outfit di agosto mi vede con un look da matrimonio che ho sfoggiato la scorsa settimana in occasione delle nozze di miei cari amici. A new outfit with eyelet jeans and my brand new military inspired grey jacket from Dresslink is my first look for March. The weather has been quite weird lately, one day sunny and warm, another day really cold and windy...after all, it's notorious that March is a a bit of a crazy month!. This grey jacket is perfect for such a transitional weather, and layering is always the right answer. I mixed different trends in one look: military, the corset trend, with my laced-up eyelet jeans, and velvet boots with embroidered flowers. At my wrist, a very special fashion accessory: Soho watch by The 5th, super stylish american brand.

Un nuovo outfit con jeans con occhielli e la mia nuova giacca grigia di ispirazione militare di Dresslink è il mio primo look per marzo. Il meteo è stato abbastanza strano ultimamente, un giorno soleggiato e caldo, il giorno dopo freddo e ventoso...dopotutto, è noto che marzo sia un mese pazzerello!. Questa giacca grigia è perfetta per un tempo di transizione, e stratificare si rivela una scelta vincente. Ho mescolato trend diversi in un solo look: il militare, il trend del corsetto con i miei jeans con occhielli allacciati, e gli stivaletti in velluto con fiori ricamati. Al polso, un accessorio di eccezione: l'orologio Soho di The 5th, brand americano super stiloso.

Hey everyone, how are you ? I  enjoying my holidays and therefore I am less online than usual, but I keep showing you my outfits and soon will be as present as ever. This one is another holiday ready look, with a romantic blue aviation Bunaka dress from spanish brand Mismash: it's the kind of dress I always love to bring with me because it's very versatile. I have truly loved Mismash summer collection, and you have already seen a few posts with my picks. I wore this girly lace dress with a pair of Loriblu sandals that remind me a bit of the famous Aquazzura Wild Thing fringed sandals, a sort of lookalikes without the lace-up part, they are extremely comfortable and sport a flirty blue suede fringe over the metallic gold leather part. Needless to say, I love them, just like I love all the shoes, one of my greatest passion (and I think it's evident from this fashion blog)

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Io mi sto godendo le ferie e per questo motivo sono meno online del solito, ma continuo a mostrarvi i miei look per tornare presto più presente che mai. Questo è un altro dei miei outfit da vacanza, con l'abito blu avio Bunaka del brand spagnolo Mismash: è il tipo di abito che adoro portare con me perché molto versatile. Ho amato molto la collezione estiva di Mismash e avete già visto alcune delle mie scelte in post precedenti. Ho indossato questo abito girly in pizzo con un paio di sandali Loriblu che mi ricordano un po' i famosi sandali con frange Wild Thing di Aquazzura, sono simili ma senza la parte allacciata, comodissimi e dotati di una frangia in suede blu su pelle dorata. Inutile dire che li amo, come amo tutte le scarpe, una delle mie grandi passioni (e credo si noti da questo fashion blog)

How are you doing in this long weekend ? I took one day off the internet yesterday and spent a nice Saturday out - sometimes I realize I just need a break - and I will be spending most of these days involved in the seasonal closet change and some major house decluttering - wish me luck, I need it ! Maybe also this need for decluttering leads me to a minimalistic outfit for today, compared to my usual looks: white shirt, jeans and sneakers. A white shirt is by far a staple in everyone's closet, and this cat collar white shirt I found on Choies adds a touch of cuteness to this simple look. Inspired by Vivetta collars, this one is affordable and perfect for a daytime casual outfit; I wore this shirt with frayed hem flare jeans, a small serenity bag - another trendy color according to Pantone - and my golden glitter sneakers, because simple doesn't have to mean dull, you can keep it simple yet special ;)

Come ve la state passando in questo lungo weekend ? Io ho preso un giorno di ferie da internet ieri e ho passato un bel sabato in giro - a volte capisco di aver bisogno di un break - e trascorrerò la maggior parte di oggi e domani a fare il cambio stagionale degli armadi e altro ordine in casa - auguratemi buona fortuna, ne ho bisogno ! Forse per questo bisogno di ordine, anche l'outfit di oggi è all'insegna del minimalismo, in confronto ai miei look abituali: camicia bianca, jeans e sneakers. Una camicia bianca è sicuramente un punto fermo nel guardaroba di ognuno, e questa camicia con collo a forma di gatto trovata su Choies aggiunge un tocco di tenerezza a questo look semplice. Ispirato dai colletti di Vivetta, questo è accessibile ed è perfetto per un outfit casual da giorno. Ho indossato questa camicia con jeans svasati dal bordo sfrangiato, una borsetta nel colore serenity - un altro colore trendy dettato da Pantone - e sneakers con glitter dorati, perché semplice non deve essere sinonimo di banale, si può essere semplici ma speciali ;)

What's more romantic than a pink midi tulle dress ? This outfit features the hottest colors for Spring 2016: after Pantone decided they would be Rose Quartz and Serenity, even simple pink and azure started to dominate the scene on many fashion blogs, mixed together. When I ordered this dress from Zaful, I already knew I would have worn it with a jacket to give it a modern feel, and so I did. This Chanel inspired tweed buttoned jacket is another purchase I made for Spring, and I think it looks perfect on this dress, giving it a skirt feel. I am a fan of these cotton candy hues, they even have a calming effect on my mood, it's really like everything is possible when you are wearing pink ! I went for a pink crossbody bag and for azure t-bar shoes you had already seen, that in this case I wore with matching tights.

Questo outfit presenta i colori più trendy della Primavera 2016: dopo che Pantone ha decretato fossero Rose Quartz e Serenity, anche i semplici rosa e celeste hanno iniziato a dominare su molti fashion blog, accostati insieme. Quando ho ordinato questo abito su Zaful, sapevo già che lo avrei indossato con una giacca per un risultato più moderno che non lo facesse sembrare troppo prom dress, e così ho fatto. Questa giacca in tweed abbottonata di ispirazione Chanel è un altro acquisto che ho fatto per la Primavera, e credo stia molto bene su questo abito, lo fa sembrare una gonna. Sono una fan di questi colori da zucchero filato, hanno anche un effetto positivo sul mio umore, mi sembra sempre che tutto sia possibile quando indosso il rosa ! Ho scelto anche una borsa a tracolla rosa e ho optato per scarpe t-bar azzurre che vi avevo già mostrato, e che in questo caso ho portato con calze abbinate.

How to wear flare denim pants with a modern twist ? My idea is this one: a 70s inspired daytime outfit with a floral embroidered coat found on Zaful and my brand new Balenciaga City bag in Rose Hortensia for a transition to Spring look. This statement coat has an oval shape, three quarter sleeves and it features embroidered flowers. I matched it with pastel colors, with my baby pink sweater and my pink Balenciaga bag I introduced to you in a previous post. The other day I was thinking I don't wear flares often enough, and one of the hardest things to do is to give them a modern twist. I love this Seventies mood look spiced with up to date and trendy elements. Moreover, as seen in the latest fashion runaways, it seems this hippy chic inspiration is here to stay !

Come indossare pantaloni in denim a zampa con un risvolto moderno ? La mia idea è questa: un outfit da giorno di ispirazione anni '70 con un cappotto floreale ricamato trovato su Zaful e la mia nuova borsa Balenciaga City in Rose Hortensia, per un look da transizione nella primavera. Questo cappotto, molto particolare, ha una forma ovoidale, le maniche a tre quarti e fiori ricamati. L'ho abbinato a colori pastello, con il mio maglioncino rosa baby e la borsa Balenciaga rosa che vi avevo presentato qualche post fa. L'altro giorno stavo proprio pensando che non indosso pantaloni svasati abbastanza spesso, forse perché una delle cose più difficili è dare loro una allure moderna. Mi piace questo look dal mood Seventies condito con elementi attuali e trendy. Inoltre, come visto dalle ultime passerelle, sembra proprio che queste ispirazioni hippy chic siano destinate a restare !

Valentine's day is going to be on a Sunday, therefore, instead of just waiting to go on a romantic dinner in the evening, hubby and I decided to start our little celebration earlier - after all, spending an entire day together without having to work is already a blessing. My Valentine's day outfit is, therefore, appropriate for daytime to evening. I chose to get inspired from Grease musical, an evergreen, and I went for a cute little bomber, one of the hottest trends for Spring 2016, an asymmetrical midi skirt and a cute crossbody bag in a light azure color - after all, Serenity, as read on many fashion blogs - is one of the top colors chosen from Pantone for Spring. A romantic Fifites inspired, Grease style look, feminine and fun, also thanks to my Be Kate pumps from Sergio Amaranti, with a cute bow on their back that make them very girly, that I showed you already. Just like in every Valentine's day, red roses are a must have...and I have mine thanks to a handmade brooch from Rosé a Pois...these ones do not fade !.

Il giorno di San Valentino sarà di domenica, pertanto, anziché attendere solo una cena romantica la sera, io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di iniziare la nostra piccola festicciola prima - dopotutto, trascorrere una intera giornata insieme senza dover andare al lavoro è già fantastico. Il mio outfit di San Valentino è, pertanto, adatto al giorno fino alla sera. Ho deciso di ispirarmi al musical Grease, un evergreen, e ho scelto un piccolo bomber corto, uno dei trend per la Primavera 2016, una gonna midi asimmetrica e una deliziosa borsa a tracolla in azzurro chiaro - dopotutto, Serenity, come avete letto su molti fashion blog, è uno dei colori top scelti da Pantone per la Primavera. Un outfit romantico ispirato agli anni Cinquanta stile Grease, femminile e divertente, anche grazie alle mie pumps Be Kate Sergio Amaranti, con un fiocchetto sul retro che le rende molto girly, che vi avevo già mostrato. Come in ogni San Valentino, ci vogliono le rose rosse...e io ho le mie grazie a una spilla handmade di Rosé a Pois...queste non appassiscono !.

Color blocking with this bold and edgy outfit today on my fashion blog, to celebrate...it's Friday and the weekend is coming, so let's be happy !. This kind of look, with an uplifting effect on my mood, is featuring a plaid midi skirt found on Choies, a fringed wool sweater with geometric design, together with statement accessories: my Paula Cademartori Petite Faye bag and red open toe Roberto Botticelli shoes, the kind of shoes I fell in love with at first sight, with chunky jeweled heel, worn with a pair of chevron print tights, for extra warmth and another edgy touch. Lately the web is full of pictures of fashion bloggers with heavy coats and summer sandals...I admire them, surely it's a cool thing, but I wouldn't go out like that risking bronchitis, therefore you ain't going to see such a thing on this fashion blog. On the other hand, you will see me wearing the strangest things...that I consider as normal, just like socks with sandals trend :-)

Color blocking con un outfit vivace e audace oggi sul mio fashion blog, per festeggiare...è venerdì, e il weekend sta per arrivare, per cui bisogna essere felici !. Questo tipo di look ha l'effetto di risollevare il mio umore, prevede una gonna midi a quadri trovata su Choies, un maglione in lana con frange e disegni geometrici, insieme a degli accessori davvero particolari. Innanzitutto, la mia borsa Petite Faye Paula Cademartori, e scarpe open toe Roberto Botticelli, il tipo di scarpa che mi ha fatta innamorare a prima vista, con un largo tacco gioiello, indossata con un paio di calze a stampa zig-zag, per calore extra e per un altro tocco particolare. Ultimamente il web è pieno di foto di fashion blogger con cappotti pesanti e sandali estivi...le ammiro, sicuramente sarà una cosa figa, ma io non uscirei mai davvero di casa così rischiando una bronchite, per cui non vedrete mai una cosa del genere sul questo fashion blog. In compenso, mi vedrete abbigliata nei modi più strani...che però a me sembrano normali, come il trend delle calze con i sandali :-)
