Trend alert: pink coat

Who said winter is only meant for dark colors ? Especially thanks to one of the hottest trends for this season, pink is the wat to go...and I've been hunting for a pastel pink coat for quite a long time before picking this Zara one. I love it, I like the contrast between the masculine cut and the very feminine soft pink color ! It's perfect with black and with both elegant and casual looks. It is definately a trend I love, and you ? Are you going to give pink a chance into your cold winter days, just like me ?.

Chi ha detto che l'inverno comporta solo abbigliamento in colori scuri ? Specialmente grazie ad uno dei trend più in voga, è il momento del rosa...ed ho cercato un cappotto rosa pastello per diverso tempo prima di scegliere questo, di Zara. Lo adoro, mi piace il contrasto tra il taglio maschile e il colore prettamente femminile !. E' perfetto con il nero ed adatto a look sia eleganti che più casual. Mi piace molto questo trend, e voi che mi dite ? Darete, come me, una chance al rosa nelle vostre fredde giornate invernali ?.

Ethnic print pants

As you probably know already, I have a huge love for prints. When I saw these pants on Swaychic, I immediately loved the ethnic chevron print and the colors, and I decided to order them. It was my first time on that webshop and I know it won't be the last one, because it was so easy to place an order and the shipping was incredibly fast ! Also, when these trousers arrived, they turned out to be really even better than in pictures. Light, comfortable, and a perfect fit. I could have gone for a black top and simple accessories to style them, but it's gonna be another time, bear with me because this time my fashion blogger soul took definately over !.

Come probabilmente già sapete, ho un grande amore per le stampe. Quando ho visto questi pantaloni su Swaychic, mi sono immediatamente sentita attratta dalla stampa etnica a "zig zag", e ho deciso di ordinarli. Era la prima volta su questo sito, e so adesso che non sarà l'ultima, perché non solo il tutto si è svolto molto facilmente, quando questi pantaloni sono arrivati sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa, sono risultati meglio che in foto. Leggeri, comodi, e vestono molto bene. Avrei potuto abbinarli ad un top nero e con accessori semplici, ma ogni tanto spero mi perdonerete se lascio libera la fashion blogger che ho in me !. Ci ha già pensato mio marito a disapprovare i pantaloni stile pigiama, che, come vi ho già detto, insieme alle maxi gonne, non sono notoriamente la sua passione, ma è un preciso dovere di ogni moglie...fare di testa propria ;) !.

I wanna rock: denim, leather and studs

After a very chic and bon ton outfit, we have a totally different one...you know how much I love to change and to have fun with fashion, I know for sure I couldn't be stuck with a style, and I am learning to like more and more a casual outfit ;). 

Whilst having a stroll in a beautiful park in a very hot afternoon I pretended I was at Glastonbury Festival ahah ;).

Dopo un outfit molto chic e bon ton, eccone uno totalmente diverso...sapete ormai quanto mi piaccia cambiare e divertirmi con la moda, so per certo che non potrei mai fossilizzarmi con un unico stile, e sto imparando ad apprezzare i look casual sempre di più ;). 

Per una semplice passeggiata in un bellissimo parco, in un pomeriggio molto caldo, ho fatto finta di essere al Festival di Glastonbury ;).

Varsity Jacket and parody logo t-shirt

 

It's time for a new outfit post, this time it's a very casual one, featuring two hot trendy items for this season. The first one is my new Varsity jacket, one of the hottest trends for Spring 2013. I didn't want a plain one, so when I saw this one, with grey and black print on the sleeves, I understood it had to be mine !. 

Also, it seems wearing "subversive" logo tees is another hot trend, you can see the one I am wearing is a parody of the Givenchy logo...to be forgiven for my mockery, I decided to homage Givenchy wearing my beloved Pandora bag !. Am I forgiven ?.

E' tempo di un nuovo outfit, questa volta molto casual, con due capi trendy per questa stagione. Il primo è la mia nuova Varsity jacket, un capo molto in voga per la Primavera 2013. Non volevo una giacca troppo semplice o con evidenti ricami, così quando ho visto questa, con stampa nei toni del grigio e nero sulle maniche, ho capito che era quella giusta per me !.

L'altra tendenza riguarda le t-shirts "sovversive" con i nomi di brand famosi storpiati...potete vedere la mia,  con la parodia del logo Givenchy...per farmi perdonare la presa in giro, ho deciso omaggiare Givenchy indossando la mia adorata Pandora !. Sarò stata perdonata ?.

Striped sweater, red lipstick

Stripes, more stripes combined with and black and white outfits: we are ready to see them everywhere (and wear them) for this Spring ! Before wearing my striped tees I already bought for warm weather, I had the chance to wear a Nolita striped wool sweater, for a transitional outfit...still a winter one but looking to warmer times !. A casual look for a walk on the beach, where the only pops of color were my red Dolce & Gabbana lipstick and my nail polish.

Righe, righe e ancora righe, insieme ad outfit in bianco e nero. Siamo pronti per vederne ovunque, questa Primavera ! Prima di poter indossare le mie t-shirts a righe, delle quali ho già fatto provvista in vista del bel tempo, ho avuto l'occasione di indossare una maglia a righe di Nolita, per un look "di transizione"...ancora invernale, ma in direzione Primavera !. Un look casual per una passeggiata sulla spiaggia, dove gli unici tocchi di colore erano il mio rossetto di Dolce & Gabbana e lo smalto sulle unghie.

Street style: camouflage feather pants

I've been looking forward to wearing these camouflage feather print pants from Maison Scotch since the first moment I bought them, and I have been wearing them for the first time during my holidays on the mountains. I love this print cause it's a bit different from the usual camouflage print and I have to say I usually love Maison Scotch items ;).
In these pics I am in the lovely town of Brixen - Bressanone, sporting a comfortable look, perfect for a walk in town looking at monuments and...shops !.

Non vedevo l'ora di indossare questi pantaloni a stampa camouflage effetto piume di Maison Scotch dal primo momento che li ho comprati e li ho indossati per la prima volta nella mia vacanza in montagna. Amo questa stampa perché non è la solita stampa mimetica e devo dire che solitamente adoro tutto ciò che è Maison Scotch ;).
In queste foto sono nella adorabile cittadina di Bressanone - Brixen, con un look comodo, perfetto per una passeggiata tra monumenti e...negozi !.

I have decided to wear my new pants with this studded Zara sweater and also matched them with my good old Ash chain sneakers. My black Balenciaga is a loyal companion during my trips because it's so easy to store it in my suitcase and also because it's VERY large !.
These pants are skinny and the fabric is so soft. I will personally wear them also with high heeled pumps for a more sophisticated look, otherwise I think they are perfect with bikers, what do you think ?.
I have prepared a little set inspired by this simple outfit below.

Ho deciso di indossare i miei nuovi pantaloni con questa maglia borchiata di Zara e li ho abbinati con le mie vecchie sneakers con catene di Ash. La mia Balenciaga nera è fedele compagna durante i miei viaggi perché è facile da mettere in valigia e perché è molto capiente !.
Questi pantaloni sono skinny e il tessuto è molto morbido. Personalmente li indosserò anche con scarpe dal tacco alto per un look più sofisticato, altrimenti credo che si abbineranno perfettamente anche a dei bikers, che ne pensate ?.
Ho preparato un set ispirato da questo outfit semplice nell'immagine sottostante.

Since my trips always lead to a new restaurant, let me share with you a little review of the fantastic place we tried in Bressanone - Brixen. This restaurant is called "Finstenwirt" (german) or "Oste Scuro" (in italian) and it's really great ! We had a very romantic lunch in their stube room, with excellent food and wine as well as a cozy atmospheare and a perfect service. Ready for a few pics ? Here they are !.

Siccome le mie gite conducono sempre ad un nuovo ristorante, volevo condividere con voi un posto fantastico provato a Bressanone - Brixen. Il ristorante si chiama "Finstenwirt" (tedesco) o "Oste Scuro" in italiano ed è davvero ottimo ! Abbiamo pranzato romanticamente nella loro stanza "stube", con cibo e vino ottimi oltre ad una atmosfera accogliente ed ottimo servizio. Pronti per un po' di foto ? Eccole !.

Zara floral pants, green outfit

Summer is finally here ! I almost couldn't believe it ! After a nice day at the beach, I went out for a walk with a green outfit, focused on my new Zara floral pants.
I decided to wear those green Ash "Cindy" sandals I bought a couple of months ago for the first time to celebrate this true first warm weekend of warm weather !.
Green is truly a relaxing color and I like using green accessories. I've been using my green Miu Miu tote a lot without getting tired of it, as you can see !

L'estate è finalmente arrivata ! Non riesco ancora a crederci completamente ! Dopo una bella giornata trascorsa in spiaggia, sono uscita a fare una passeggiata vestita di verde, indossando i miei nuovi pantaloni a stampa floreale di Zara.
Ho deciso di calzare i sandali verdi Ash modello "Cindy" che avevo comprato un paio di mesi fa e mai inaugurato, per celebrare questo primo weekend di vero caldo !. Il verde è davvero un colore rilassante e mi piace molto negli accessori. Sto usando tantissimo la mia shopping verde di Miu Miu senza stancarmene, come potete vedere !.

I have to confess my total lack of a "green thumb", so I think I am trying to balance this fault by wearing many floral prints lately !.
The Liu Jo t-shirt has a cute lace decoration and it's quite short, a bit '80s style. The long cardi is from Mango and it's one of the basic clothing items that I always bring with me when I know I am gonna spend the evening near the beach, cause it's often very windy as well as very humid, which makes it very difficult to keep having a good hair day !.

Devo confessare la mia mancanza assoluta di "pollice verde", per cui ultimamente sto tentando di bilanciare questo difetto indossando molte stampe floreali !.
La t-shirt di Liu Jo ha una applicazione in pizzo ed è abbastanza corta, nello stile anni '80. Il cardigan lungo è di Mango ed è uno di quei capi basic che non mi faccio mai mancare, anche perché sulla spiaggia la sera c'è spesso vento oltre alla solita umidità che rende molto difficile mantenere i capelli in piega !.

I love this spiked bracelet trends inspired from punk style, I had already been wearing a couple of bracelets I bought from Asos, I found this one in a little shop instead. Hope you enjoy the little set I made, featuring a few cute spiked/studded bracelets.

In queste foto potete vedere il mio bracciale rosa con punte. Mi piace questa moda dei bracciali "appuntiti" di ispirazione punk, ne ho già indossati altri presi da Asos, questo invece lo avevo trovato in un negozietto in uno dei miei tanti giri di shopping. Spero che vi piaccia il piccolo set che ho preparato con alcuni bracciali che trovo molto carini !.

Chiffon motorcycle jacket

What's better than a cloudy, windy day for a walk on the seaside wearing biker boots and a chiffon galaxy print motorcycle jacket ?.
I got this one from Sheinside, a cool clothing and accessories webstore and I have to admit I love it ! I am gonna use it a lot, also with denim pants.
The Universe print felt perfect with the aqua color of this long, asymmetrical skirt from Zara, that added a touch of romance to a "rock" outfit. I promise this is the last asymmetrical skirt in my collection...oh, wait...actually I have another couple of them, LOL !. Yes, I am slightly obsessed !.

Cosa c'è di meglio in una giornata nuvolosa e ventosa che andare in riva al mare e fare una passeggiata in biker boots e chiodo di chiffon a stampa galassia ?.
Ho preso questa giacchina modello "chiodo" da Sheinside, un webstore molto fornito e devo dire che ne sono entusiasta ! Credo la sfrutterò molto, anche con i jeans. La stampa "universo" mi sembrava perfetta per abbinarla al color turchese chiaro di questa gonna lunga e asimmetrica di Zara, che ha aggiunto un tocco romantico ad un outfit dall'allure rock. Prometto che questa sarà l'ultima gonna asimmetrica a comparire nei miei post di outfit...oh, aspettate, veramente, ne avrei un altro paio da mostrarvi, LOL ! Sì, sono leggermente ossessionata !.

A studded necklace from Asos and my Diesel leather tote, bought when this color wasn't yet so trendy (you had seen it already here), completed the outfit.
I am a bit disappointed with this weather, it's still pretty cold compared to italian standards and I need some warm sun to shine on me, who said we don't have mid seasons anymore ?!.

Mint dress and Liquorice jacket

You've been already warned about my increasing obsession with mint color, one of the trends for this Spring season ! This Zara mint dress is only one of my "minty" purchases. In these pics I am wearing it with my Miu Miu tote bag and matching nail polish from Essie. I've decided for a "mint and black" combination, or shall I call it "mint and liquorice" ? :-D.

Vi avevo già avvertiti della mia crescente ossessione con il color menta, uno dei trend di questa Primavera ! Questo abito color menta di Zara è solo uno dei miei acquisti "mentolati". In queste foto lo sto indossando insieme alla mia nuova tote di Miu Miu e al nuovo smalto della Essie. Ho deciso di optare per la combinazione "menta e nero" o dovrei chiamarla "menta liquirizia" ? :-D.

This leather jacket from Object is brand new, I like it even tho I already had other black leather jackets. I would love to have a colored version, maybe a green one or a cobalt blue one I am still looking for the perfect colored leather jacket !.
The Carla G. soft leather belt has been in my closet for a long time and it's so useful, it's surely one of my fave belts cause the quality of it is excellent and it can be adapted to many different outfits.

Questo giubbino in pelle di Object è nuovo, mi piace anche se ne avevo già altri di colore nero. Mi piacerebbe una versione colorata, magari verde o blu cobalto ma la sto ancora cercando !.
La fusciacca in pelle di Carla G. invece la possiedo da tanto tempo ed è utilissima, è senza dubbio una delle mie cinture preferite perché la qualità è eccellente e la posso adattare a molti outfit.

Nothing beats the comfyness of ankle boots ! I've been buying a few pumps for Spring, they are so beautiful but often they end up hurting my feet. I am a die hard ankle boots fan cause you can wear high heels without suffering, do you agree with me ?.

Niente batte la comodità dei tronchetti ! Ho comprato qualche décolleté per la Primavera, sono bellissime ma spesso finiscono per fare un male ai piedi...per questo sono una fan degli ankle boots, con loro si possono indossare tacchi alti senza soffrire, voi che ne pensate ?.

When I can't wait to wear a light dress and I still feel it's not warm enough, one of my fave tricks is wearing a turtleneck underneath. I have so many of them and I use them a lot to layer my outfits and keep warm !. This turtleneck is from Massimo Rebecchi.

Quando non vedo l'ora di indossare un abito che mi sembra ancora troppo leggero, uno dei miei trucchi preferiti è indossarci una maglia aderente a collo alto sotto. Ne ho così tante e le uso parecchio per stratificare i miei outfits e tenermi al caldo !. Questa maglia è di Massimo Rebecchi.
