This beautiful Vogos Gigi dress, a multicolored woven fabric tunic with frayed edging, is a stylish way to start the outfits of December on this fashion blog. Worn with colorful opaque tights and my brand new Le Silla rust ankle boots, with stiletto heel and a combo of suede and leather, this dress is fun and glam at the same time. To protect myself from the cold wind, I had a wool beanie and a bicolor long hooded jacket from Paramita, spanish brand I love. We often see street style pics of fashion bloggers wearing duvet jackets or big coats with dresses, in a mixture of casual and more elegant looks. I personally love styles contamination this trend, and this padded jacket is warm, comfortable and great to give a cool touch to my look.

Questo bellissimo abito Vogos modello Gigi, tunica in tessuto intrecciato multicolore dai bordi sfrangiati, è un modo stiloso per iniziare con gli outfit di dicembre su questo fashion blog. Indossato con calze coprenti colorate e i miei nuovi stivaletti color ruggine Le Silla, dal tacco a spillo, in camoscio e pelle, questo abito è spiritoso e glam al tempo stesso. Per proteggermi dal freddo, ho abbinato un beanie in lana e un giaccone con cappuccio di Paramita, brand spagnolo che amo. Si vedono spesso foto di street style con fashion blogger che indossano piumini o cappottoni con abiti in un miscuglio di capi casual e più eleganti. Personalmente mi piace molto la contaminazione di stili e trovo che questa giacca imbottita sia calda, comoda e anche adatta per dare un tocco ancora più cool al mio look.

My black ankle boots are a new entry from Lorenzo Mari, luxury brand of made in Italy shoes, with a pewter python print decor that makes them even more beautiful, as well as the right heel to walk comfortably: I love them and they are very versatile. Un blazer nero è un must nel guardaroba, e lo è anche un paio di stivaletti solidi e comodi. L'outfit di oggi vi presenta due must have che sono molto nel mio stile: essenziali ma con un tocco speciale. Questo, infatti, non è un semplice blazer doppio-petto, ha delle applicazioni di simboli portafortuna e proviene dallo store fashion coreano Vogos. E' un capo che si adatta bene a diverse occasioni e che in questo caso ho deciso di indossare con jeans skinny. I tronchetti, o ankle boot, neri sono una new entry da Lorenzo Mari, brand di scarpe di lusso made in Italy, e hanno un decoro a stampa pitone color petrolio che li rende ancora più belli, oltre ad un tacco per camminare comodamente: li adoro e sono molto versatili. Si tratta di un look semplice ma speciale al tempo stesso, che mi ha fatta subito pensare all'uniforme di una qualche compagnia di volo. This outfit on my fashion blog sees me wearing a rose print midi skirt found on Chicwish and my beloved Chanel 2.55 bag. This midi skirt is really fabulous, it has a white background and bold colored blooming roses. I wore it with a white lace top, for some extra romantic touch, and with a necklace featuring vintage Chanel buttons. At my feet, my beloved Le Silla slingbacks, my favorite kind of heels, comfy and chic.

I think we all agree: leggings are not pants, but they are very comfortable and cute for our casual outfits and for a sporty holiday look I am showing you today on this fashion blog. My thoughts on how to wear leggings are simple: wearing them with a long enough t-shirt, especially if it's a fun one like this makeup faces print from Choies, is the best solution !. Also, wear leggings with sneakers for your sporty moments, either you are on holidays like me, or not. I have quite a collection of leggings, especially in the easiest color ever, black: these ones are from Adidas and have the classic three stripe design on the side. I decided to wear them with my adidas Originals Rita Ora Stan Smith sneakers in core black, from the collaboration between Adidas and the famous pop star. After my white Stan Smith and the obsession for adidas Superstar Supercolor, I was in need for a pair of simple black sneakers, at least this is what I told myself when I purchased these shoes.

Ho deciso di abbinarli alle mie sneakers Stan Smith adidas Originals x Rita Ora in core black, frutto di una collaborazione tra Adidas e la famosa pop star. Dopo le Stan Smith bianche e l'ossessione per le adidas Superstar Supercolor, un paio di sneakers nere ci voleva proprio, o almeno è quanto mi sono detta quando le ho acquistate.

La pizza non mente mai è la frase, molto vera, su questa t-shirt rosa di Zaful, per l'outfit rilassato di oggi. La perfetta ricetta di stile per una amante della pizza come me e per un weekend pigro. A dirla tutta, in questi giorni sono stata un po' assente, ma sto risolvendo alcune questioni tecniche relative al mio fashion blog, tirando fuori il mio lato più nerd. Quando sono uscita, ho deciso di optare per un look comodo, ed non potevo non scegliere il colore che più mi fa stare bene: il rosa. Calzavo le mie Converse All Star rosa con la borsa Cindy Michael Kors, che vi avevo mostrato in un look elegante in precedenza, ed ho accessoriato il tutto con una statement necklace rosa Bijou Brigitte.

Flare jeans and bell bottom pants in general are a hot trend this season, and even a lover of skinny and boyfriend jeans like I am couldn't help sporting a flared jeans look ! In this new outfit I am wearing my Levi's flare jeans with a colorful striped cotton top, for a modern and yet hippy chic style. Stripes are also dominating the fashion scene, and this cotton blend blouse a fun add to my bellbottoms, especially because I paired it with a lovely statement necklace from Zaful. How to style flares without exaggerating with a vintage effect means also choosing the right accessories, and so I did by wearing pointed stiletto heels from Dolce & Gabbana and sporting my Givenchy Nightingale bag.

I jeans a zampa e i pantaloni scampanati in generale sono molto di moda questa stagione, ed anche una fan di jeans skinny e boyfriend come me non ha resistito a sfoggiare un look con pantaloni a campana ! In questo nuovo outfit indosso un paio di pantaloni a zampa Levi's con una blusa in cotone a righe, per uno stile moderno e anche hippy chic. Le righe dominano la scena anche quest'anno, e questa blusa aggiunge un tocco particolare a questo look, ancora di più con la statement necklace presa su Zaful. Come abbinare jeans a zampa evitando un effetto troppo vintage significa scegliere gli accessori giusti, ed io ho puntato su scarpe dal tacco a spillo e a punta, di Dolce & Gabbana, e sulla mia borsa Givenchy Nightingale.

I woke up like this ! Today I woke up in a good mood: my Easter holidays have officially started, and I will be off from work for a few days only, for a well needed break. I won't be neglecting this fashion blog, anyway, and here we go with a new outfit, featuring my "I woke up like this" sweatshirt from Romwe, a checked cape from the british brand Blue Vanilla worn with my beloved Chanel classic flap bag and my new white Nike Air Force 1 sneakers. A mixture of casual and classic look for a chic outcome, also thanks to my pearl necklace from Pearl & Clasp, that I showed you in a previous post. I really didn't wake up like this, like my top says, as I am not really a morning person...I hate the alarm clock and its ring, and how do you wake up  instead ?.

Hello, everyone ! It's time for the first outfit of march, featuring a Blumarine black leather fringe skirt matched to an orangey red H&M blouse with three quarter sleeves. Fringes are going to be a hot trend also for Spring/Summer, and I love them in this slightly urban version. I love this skirt: it has the perfect length, above the knee, and its simple pencil cut together with the fringed hemline make it fun and sleek at the same time. My new Miu Miu tote bag, that I actually bought for office - great to carry papers and a bag roomy enough to fit my macbook air, it is so stylish that it can be carried everywhere. For this outfit, I chose my Icone cut out heels, and got to wore my new ray-ban sunglasses found on SunglassesShop Italia. I couldn't help adding a statement necklace from Bijou Brigitte, for an additional color injection !.

Ciao a tutti ! E' il momento del primo outfit di marzo, con una gonna in pelle nera a frange di Blumarine, abbinata ad una blusa di un rosso aranciato H&M, con maniche a tre quarti. Le frange saranno un trend molto caldo anche per la Primavera/Estate, ed io le amo in questa versione un po' urban. Adoro questa gonna: ha la lunghezza perfetta, corta ma non troppo, ed il suo semplice taglio a tubino, insieme al bordo frangiato la rende esclusiva e divertente al tempo stesso. La nuova borsa shopper Miu Miu è stata acquistata da me per l'ufficio, comodissima per le carte e, cosa importantissima, è una borsa abbastanza grande anche per portare il macbook air all'occorrenza, così bella che può essere sfoggiata ovunque. Per questo outfit ho scelto di calzare le scarpe cut out di Icone, ed i miei nuovi occhiali da sole ray-ban trovati su SunglassesShop Italia, negozio specializzato nella vendita di occhiali da sole online. Non ho resistito ad aggiungere una statement necklace Bijou Brigitte, per una ulteriore iniezione di colore !.

My hubby - I already told you this - can't wait for cold season to end because he is not fond of it, but I like it and I have quite a collection of faux fur clothes !. How to wear faux fur is a question that for me can be answered in many ways: just have fun with your furry jacket or, like in this case, also with a faux fur sweatshirt !. My favorite way to wear faux fur must be the casual way, just match a pair of good jeans and you are all done, but it can also be extremely elegant with a dress or a skirt. Come indossare l'ecopelliccia, fashion blogger style

Ciao a tutti e buon Sabato ! Io lo trascorrerò facendo un po' di shopping, alla caccia di accessori per la Primavera. Nel frattempo, eccovi un piccolo post outfit che riguarda uno dei trend più hot dell'Inverno, presentato in tutte le salse da molte fashion blogger: l'ecopelliccia. Mio marito - ve lo avevo già detto e lo ribadisco - non vede l'ora che l'inverno finisca proprio perché non ne va affatto matto, ma io adoro ed ho una nutrita collezione di pellicciotti !. Come indossare l'ecopelliccia è una domanda che per me può trovare diverse risposte: divertitevi indossando la vostra giacca in falsa pelliccia o, come nel mio caso, anche con una felpa con inserti in pelliccia !. Il mio modo preferito di indossare un pellicciotto penso sia quello casual, abbinate ad un bel paio di jeans ed è fatta, ma l'ecopelliccia può essere anche molto elegante con un abito o una gonna. Happy Valentines day, everyone ! This is a day to celebrate the love in our lives, so, either you are happily in a couple or a single, let's stop for a second to cherish what we have. I don't need many persons in my life, but the ones I have are too precious, I am grateful for every moment spent with them, and I have to say since the loss of my beloved granma I learned to appreciate my loved ones even more. What are you up to, tonight ? I am going out to dinner with hubby - something we often indulge in ! I am definately missing both Sanremo Festival finale and Fifty Shades of Grey movie, so hubby is happy, LOL. This is not only lovers day anyway, since this is a fashion blog, it's also time for a new outfit. This time, as the brave fashion blogger I am, I explored the russian doll trend, with a mixture of rich printswith a deep wine red blouse and a rococo roses intarsia midi skirt, both from Chicwish. I added a faux fur jacket and my Mohekann clutch for a luxe babushka mood, and wore my front lace up boots from Roberto Botticelli, from a few seasons ago.

Buon San Valentino a tutti ! Questo è un giorno adatto a celebrare l'amore che c'è nelle nostre vite, pertanto, sia se siamo felicemente in coppia che single, fermiamoci un attimo a pensare a tutto ciò di buono che abbiamo. Non ho bisogno di tante persone nella mia vita, ma quelle che amo sono troppo preziose, sono grata per ogni istante trascorso con loro, e vi confesso che dalla scomparsa della mia adorata nonna ho imparato ad apprezzare chi amo ancora di più. Cosa farete stasera ? Io andrò a cena col maritino - a dire il vero, un'attività alla quale ci dedichiamo spesso ! Ci perderemo sia la Finale del Festival di Sanremo che 50 sfumature di grigio al cinema, pertanto mio marito può dirsi già soddisfatto, LOL. Questo comunque non è solo il giorno degli innamorati, ma, dato che questo è un fashion blog, è anche il momento per un nuovo outfit. Questa volta, da fashion blogger coraggiosa, ho voluto esplorare il trend bambola russa, con un misto di stampe e tessuti dato da una blusa di un bel rosso borgogna e la midi skirt a rose rococo, entrambi di Chicwish. Ho aggiunto un giacchino in ecopelliccia e la mia clutch Mohekann per accentuare il mood babushka di lusso, mentre ai piedi ho calzato un paio di stivali allacciati Roberto Botticelli di qualche stagione fa.

Let me introduce you to my most colorful wool scarf, it's from The Blue Turban and it's perfect both on neutral colors and with dark ones and it's very warm and cozy. This chic look got a sporty twist thanks to this fun baseball cap and to this season's trendiest comfy shoes, the famous, iconic Adidas Stan Smith tennis sneakers, born in the 70s and now relaunched, worn by many celebrities and a fashion blogger obsession. These Adidas Originals are so trendy a fashion staple that where to buy Adidas Stan Smith seems to be one of the most heard questions everywhere !. As a true fashionista, I couldn't resist the call of those sneakers, and I have to say I love them, they are cute, have a good price and are extremely comfortable, perfect match to my Jord Fieldcrest black wood watch, that I showed you in my previous post.

Il mio cappotto Max Mara e la borsa Balenciaga Work sono due capi senza tempo che, insieme a pochi accessori particolari, possono rendere contemporaneo e trendy un outfit semplice e rilassato. Lasciate che vi mostri la mia sciarpa in lana più colorata, di The Blue Turban, perfetta sia sui colori neutri che su quelli scuri, è davvero calda ed avvolgente. Questo look chic ha avuto una svolta sporty grazie al cappellino da baseball e, soprattutto, alle scarpe più comode e discusse di questa stagione, le famose, iconiche Stan Smith Adidas, scarpe da tennis nate negli anni '70 ed ora rilanciate come protagoniste di molti look casual e non da molte celebrities ed una delle ossessioni di molti fashion blogger. Queste Adidas Originals sono diventate così alla moda e popolari che dove comprare le Adidas Stan Smith pare essere diventato un vero problema !. Da vera fashionista, non sono riuscita a resistere al richiamo di queste sneakers, e devo dire che le adoro, sono carinissime, hanno un ottimo prezzo e sono anche estremamente comode, perfette per essere abbinate al mio orologio Jord Fieldcrest che vi avevo mostrato in anteprima.

There are days when I especially enjoy a feminine, ladylike outfit, just like the one I am presenting you today on this fashion blog, the first one for February. This beautiful midi dress with a basque, in a wonderful shade of royal blue, is from the young, innovative brand Isabel Garcia, and it made me feel a bit like the main carachter in one of those old 40s movies, sexy, elegant and misterious. I have fallen in love with this brand and its elegant, modern, original clothes, that follow the principle "from catwalks to wardrobe". A dress like this one, with a timeless tailored silhouette and a perfect cut, is the perfect expression of what the Creative Director of the brand, Elliott James Frieze, wanted to achieve when he told about expressing the femininity in a grown-up, sophisticated way. I decided to wear this wonderful dress with a furry jacket in a darker shade of blue, stiletto pumps and my brand new Rebecca Minkoff mini MAC clutch in leopard print.

Ci sono giorni in cui tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno è un outfit femminile, ladylike, come quello che vi presento oggi, il primo look di Febbraio su questo fashion blog. Questo bellissimo abito midi con baschina, in una meravigliosa tonalità di blu elettrico, è del brand giovane ed innovativo Isabel Garcia, e mi ha fatta sentire un po' come la protagonista di un vecchio film anni '40, sexy, elegante e misteriosa. Mi sono innamorata subito di questo brand e dei suoi capi eleganti, moderni, originali, che seguono il principio "dalle passerelle al guardaroba". Un abito come questo, dalla silhouette senza tempo e dal taglio perfetto, è la diretta espressione di ciò che il Direttore Creativo del brand, Elliott James Frieze, voleva ottenere, ovvero l'emanazione della femminilità in un modo adulto e sofisticato. Ho deciso di abbinare questo abito fantastico ad un pellicciotto corto in una tonalità più scura di blu, pumps dal tacco a spillo e la mia nuova clutch mini MAC Rebecca Minkoff in pelle a stampa leopardata.

Hey everybody, today we have a new outfit on my fashion blog, it's all about an eco-leather circle mini skirt worn with a cozy Liu Jo turtleneck sweater. This look has an ethnic mood thanks to the metallic inserts of my sweater, the wool fedora hat and the beautiful Vitti Ferria Contin semi rigid bracelet. I decided to wear my Asos circle sunglasses and my elephant grey Givenchy Nightingale bag was the perfect companion, roomy and stylish. In the pics below you can also see my black egg shaped coat from Space Style Concept, with three quarter sleeves, one of my most versatile coats, the right completion of this look, very suitable for a stroll in the city !.

Ciao a tutti, oggi abbiamo un nuovo outfit sul mio fashion blog, incentrato su di una minigonna a ruota in ecopelle abbinata ad un caldo maglioncino a collo alto Liu Jo. Proprio il maglione dona un tocco etnico all'insieme, grazie alle decorazioni, insieme al cappello fedora in lana ed al bellissimo bracciale semi rigido Vitti Ferria Contin. Ho deciso di indossare occhiali da sole tondeggianti di Asos e la mia borsa Givenchy Nightingale in grigio è stata la perfetta compagna di avventure, spaziosa e stilosa. Nelle foto successive potete vedere anche il mio cappottino nero a uovo di Space Style Concept, con maniche a tre quarti, uno dei miei cappotti più versatili, giusto completamento di questo look adatto ad un giro in città !.

I must confess I am a real makeupaholic, and I can't resist to Limited Edition MakeUp Collections, so this time of the year is really risky for my money: holiday makeup collections are all out, and they are such a big temptation, very hard to resist in my case, especially when it comes to Chanel, Dior, YSL, Estee Lauder and MAC !. Let me show you something I bought for Holiday 2014 makeup, focusing on Chanel and MAC. From Plumes Précieuses de Chanel collection, I am so happy I bought Chanel Camélia de plumes highlighting powder, such a light, unique translucent veil of silver and gold, and it's the most gorgeous highlighter I have ever seen, shaped as a feathered Camelia flower. I also decided to get the Chanel Stylo Yeaux Eyeliner Or Blanc 987, in a platinum shade, that I am happily using in my inner rim for an eye opening effect. I am so in love with makeup and I am a fashion blogger with a fascination for makeup and beauty blogs ;-).

Confesso di essere una vera makeupdipendente, e la mia dipendenza si accentua quando si parla di Edizioni Limitate makeup, per cui questo è il periodo più a rischio per le mie finanze: le collezioni makeup natalizie sono tutte uscite, ed è una così forte tentazione, difficile resistere nel mio caso, specialmente quando si parla di Chanel, Dior, YSL, Estee Lauder e MAC !. Oggi vi voglio mostrare qualche acquisto di trucco Natale 2014 relativo a Chanel e MAC. Dalla collezione Plumes Precieuses de Chanel, sono felicissima di aver comprato la cipria illuminante Chanel Camélia de plumes, un velo unico e iridescente con riflessi argento e oro, è l'illuminante più bello che abbia mai visto, disegnato come una camelia fatta di piume. Ho deciso di prendere anche la Stilo Chanel eyeliner occhi Or Blanc 987, dal colore molto simile all'illuminante, che sto già usando nella rima interna dell'occhio per un effetto "occhi più aperti". Adoro il makeup e sono una fashion blogger che legge tanti beauty e makeup blog ;-).

New in: touches of red !

Red is on my mind, so let me show you a few touches of red for my summer, with a few cool new in pieces. 

First of all, my lovely red Givenchy Pandora in small size, perfect crossbody bag, a small sister to my large black Pandora. I've been obsessing over red bags and here's the result of my online shopping. This bag is coming with me on holidays !.

Then, for a music lover like me, my amazing Sol Republic headphones. Sol Republic is a californian brand, producer of high quality headphones that also have a stylish design. I chose them in red color, anyway thanks to their interchangeable headbands, with the REMIX concept, it's easy to change color and style.

Sol Republic boasts partnership with music and sport celebrities such as Steve Aoki, Michael Phelps and DJ Calvin Harris.

These headphones are just perfect, they deliver great, sharp sound and are real fashion accessories, therefore you'll see them soon in one of my outfit posts since I can't wait to sport these beauties !.

Ho in mente il colore rosso, ed oggi vi mostro alcune new entries che sono vivaci pennellate di rosso per la mia estate !.

Prima di tutto, la mia adorabile borsa Givenchy Pandora in rosso, misura small, la borsa a tracolla perfetta, una sorellina per la mia Pandora nera large. Vi avevo detto di avere l'ossessione per le borse rosse, ed ecco il risultato di un pomeriggio di shopping online. La porto con me in vacanza, assolutamente !.

Poi, irrinunciabili per un'amante della musica com me, le bellissime cuffie Sol Republic, brand californiano che produce cuffie di alta qualità e dallo stile ineccepibile. Io le ho volute rosse, comunque grazie all'archetto intercambiabile, con il concetto REMIX, è facile cambiare colore e stile.

Red lips dress

 

One of the things I like to do the most when the weather is warm and sunny is wearing a cute little dress. Today I want to show you this lovely red and cream lips sleeveless short dress I found on Choies.

I think it's really adorable, isn't it ?. I paired it with some new awesome accessories: a special golden necklace from Vitti Ferria Contin, super cute Nau! sunglasses and new lace and leather pumps from Nando Muzi. Obviously, I went for red passion color both for my lips and nails, an evergreen classic I never get tired of !.

Una delle cose che adoro fare - quando il meteo lo permette - è indossare un grazioso abitino. Oggi voglio mostrarvene uno cosparso di...labbra rosse ! Questo abito corto senza maniche rosso e crema trovato su Choies è davvero delizioso, non siete d'accordo ?. L'ho abbinato a degli accessori molto particolari, come una speciale collana dorata Vitti Ferria Contin, occhiali "cat eye" con lenti sfumate Nau! e pumps in pizzo e pelle Nando Muzi. Ovviamente, il tutto accompagnato dal colore della passione, il rosso, sia per le labbra che sulle unghie: un classico che non mi stanca mai per un look...al bacio ;) !.

Sapphire blue coat, leopard pumps

I have always liked the way the weather, especially by the sea, can be so variable and unstable. Sometimes it's very sunny but you can clearly see a storm about to come over, and the sky and the sea both have so many shades of blue, from light to dark, that it can be so beautiful to stare at them.

In a variable day like this, I faced the wind wearing my sapphire blue coat and a new pony hair leopard pumps, trying to be before the wind and to leave the storm behind my back, after all I think it's also a great strategy for everyday life ;).

Mi ha sempre affascinata il modo in cui il meteo, specialmente vicino al mare, possa cambiare velocemente ed essere instabile. A volte capita che ci sia il sole ma che un forte temporale si appresti ad arrivare, e in quei momenti il cielo e il mare assumono così tante tonalità di blu, da quelle più chiare alle scure, da essere ancora più belli da guardare. 

In una giornata mutevole come questa, ho affrontato il vento indossando il mio cappottino blu zaffiro ed un paio di scarpe nuove, di cavallino leopardato, cercando sempre di avere il vento in favore e la tempesta alle spalle, che dopotutto è anche un'ottima strategia nella vita di tutti i giorni ;).

Blue coat on a windy day

Warning: this is a very windy post ! I went out for a walk and suddenly, a very cold wind started blowing. I was all happy because I was sporting my cobalt blue coat for the very first time, so I didn't mind much, I just tried to keep my hat on, as for a moment I was sure it would fly away.

I had been looking for a blue coat for quite a long time and, when I had almost given up, I found the perfect one, and - after all - wearing something I really like is one of the things that would make me feel warm and put together even in the middle of a wind storm ;)

Attenzione, post estremamente ventoso ! Ero uscita per una passeggiata quando un forte vento freddo ha iniziato a soffiare. Ero felice di indossare il mio cappotto blu cobalto per la prima volta, pertanto non mi sono infastidita più di tanto, ho solo cercato di non far volare via il mio adorato cappello, per un attimo ho pensato stesse per alzarsi in volo. 

Cercavo un cappotto blu da un bel po', e ho trovato quello perfetto proprio quando avevo smesso di cercare, e dopotutto, indossare qualcosa che mi piace un sacco è una delle cose che mi farebbero sentire a posto ed al calduccio anche nel bel mezzo di una tormenta ;)

Black faux fur, Carven burgundy dress

Hey everyone ! Mondays can be a shock, but I wish you a wonderful start of the week ! First of all, today is a bit special to me because it's Fashion and Cookies' third birthday ! Three years already, time does fly and I wanna thank you for your continuous support to this blog. 

To celebrate this third birthday I want to show you a pretty elegant and feminine outfit, based on two colors: burgundy, like this lovely Carven dress, and black, like my faux fur coat.

Ciao a tutti ! Il lunedì può essere traumatico, ma vi auguro uno splendido inizio di settimana ! Prima di tutto, per me oggi è un giorno un po' speciale perché è il terzo compleanno di Fashion and Cookies ! Già tre anni, il tempo vola e vi ringrazio per il sostegno continuo che date a questo blog. 

Per festeggiare questo terzo compleanno vi voglio mostrare un outfit elegante e femminile, basato essenzialmente su due colori: bordeaux, come questo adorabile abitino Carven, e nero come la mia ecopelliccia.

Diane Von Furstenberg wrap dress

Diane Von Furstenberg celebrated, on January 10th, the opening of "Journey of a Dress," an exhibit honoring her famous signature dress she introduced in 1974: 40 years already for this feminine and flattering, dress that fastens with a simple tie at the waist, a dress that is in all fashion books and that became a symbol of women's liberation in the 1970s.

The exhibit at the Wilshire May Company Building is open until April 1st, featuring the designer's favorite dresses from throughout the decades, as well as new, limited edition dresses and exclusive portraits of the designer.

I thought it would be a good idea to honour the iconic wrap dress 40th birthday by wearing a Diane Von Furstenberg wrap dress myself. Mine is in woolen fabric, has a geometric print in red, black and white and I love it !.

Diane Von Furstenberg ha celebrato, lo scorso 10 gennaio, l'apertura di "Viaggio di un abito", una mostra che onora il famoso wrap dress che porta la sua firma inconfondibile e che ha ideato nel 1974: 40 anni di questo abito ultra femminile e facile da indossare che si chiude semplicemente con un nodo alla cintura, entrato di diritto nei libri di moda e diventato un simbolo di liberazione femminile negli anni '70.

La mostra presso il Wilshire May Company Bulding è aperta fino all'1 aprile, e si possono trovare gli abiti preferiti dalla stilista nel corso dei decenni, oltre ad una serie di abiti in edizione limitata creati apposta per l'occasione e ritratti esclusivi della designer. 

Ho pensato che fosse l'occasione giusta per festeggiare il quarantesimo compleanno dello wrap dress indossando io stessa questo modello iconico di abito di Diane Von Furstenberg. Il mio è in lana, ha una fantasia geometrica nei colori rosso, nero e bianco e io lo adoro !.
